If I may ask a question? Will bending my shift lever 5 times while riding cause any damage to the actual transmission?

So My TTR230 has started making grinding noises as I ride. After watching your video's I feel comfortable that whatever the shop will be charging me to fix the problem is most probably well worth the money spent.

Never spoken a wheel before. Look on you tube check out but load of videos on how to lace a rim. Every one said put in outer spoke first then skip five and put in next one and so on. Nothing work properly. Then I found your video, thanks I got the job finally done . Guess there are different ways of Spoking different sizes of wheels. Thanks again.

I just bought the exact same tool. but my bearing is seized in a 50 yr old mc wheel pretty good. tool just keeps popping out. ugh.

Yamabond 4 is Threebond 1215 - a silicone sealant. Suzuki 1207 is the same as threebond 1207 which again is silicone. Here are 3 that are fuel resistant that are easily accessible: Threebond 1104, Curil t2 & Motoseal 1.

That's a very soft tyre if you can get it over the bead that easily.

So I took my basket apart and noticed one the fiber friction disc was narrower along with a Seperate metal ring .. its not a broken part because I've seen it in a parts diagram.. my question is in what order do they get placed in relation to the other disc and plates. Thank you

Would have been better to show how to get the first bearing out with all spacers in place and no room for the bearing puller to grab the edge of the bearing. The 1st one takes 20 attempts, the 2nd one is easy with all the room in the world. I own one of these tools... not so impressed.

100gm of this sets me back *$66* where I live... Insane. But my rocker cover on my 1990 GS500E is leaking - I had already changed the gasket with a new one and applied off-brand high temp gasket sealer ($16), when checking valves. Guess I'll have to replace rocker gasket again but with 1207b bond. Hopefully this fixes it because if it leaks again, then i probably have bigger issue at hand
