Maestro Ilaiyaraaja sir is a legend in music. He tried to convey what exactly he requires from the Orchestra, especially at 5:43 to 7:00... I believe, initially they struggled to understand what he wanted from the violine side of it. Hope, they got over with it. Best of Luck! It's a great privilege to have his presence for many generations..... He is not a human... that's for sure.. He is more than a human... Every other musicians are doing some sort of copying his music to achieve their goals...That's for sure...

இசையில் இவர் வாசம்.... இசையே இவரது சுவாசம்... தனது வாழ்வின் ஒவ்வொரு நொடியும் இசையையே சுவாசிக்கும் இசை ஞானிக்கு இதய வாழ்த்துக்கள்....! தன் உழைப்பின் வியர்வைகளை மேம்பட்ட இசைக் கோர்வைகளாய் மாற்றி இவர் செய்யும் மந்திர மாயாஜாலம் வார்த்தைகளில் வர்ணிக்க முடியா இசையுன்னதம்.... இவர் இசை கேட்டு கேட்டு வளர்ந்த நம்மைப் போன்றோர்க்கு மகிழ்ச்சிப் பெருமிதம்....!! இவர் இசை ஒவ்வொன்றும் நம் இதயத்திற்கு என்றென்றும் இதம்....!!

Wow thalaiva. Great going. Teaching white men their own music in their own country. Love that part being abroad getting into the ego and psyche of white men. What else he has to achieve? Don't get why the Indian Government has not yet bestowed the Bharat Ratna on him.
