Hi Scott. I'm from Australia. That was brilliant. Been a Skynyrd nut since I first heard them in 74 or 75. I bought Pronounced and Second Helping from an import shop in Sydney and have been a fan for life. Probably only a handful of Aussies knew about them. Thankfully I was one. I'm 68 now. I'd mention them to others, and they would ask Leonard who ? Or, they sound like they need a dermatologist. Or some other smart ass shit. Haha 😅 You do a very good job with these guitar parts, and yes, Ed King was a genius. And a very nice bloke from what I can tell. Steve Gaines was also great. He had big shoes to fill , and even Ed approved. Anyway, thanks for the youtube input , good job, and I'll check out APB on the gadget. Cheers, and all the best from Australia. Steve.

Thank you Scott I never seen anyone respect skynyrd the way you do that is one band a lot of people play but if not played with respect I would rather not hear it and you are teaching everyone the importance of all the little things that matter so much I commend you brother thank you so much god bless!

I'm just curious about what cab IR you use in your Kemper for these KZbin videos. I've been using a Peavey Deuce into a load box and into an Axe FX III for cabinet IR. The best I've found so far are the York Audio 2x12 Twin with JBL D120's. I get pretty close. There's just so many IR's, I could spent days auditioning them. Any recommendations for a cab IR?

Video's like this are, to me, further proof and justification for me believing that this band of performers were musical geniuses.

Wonder what it would sound like if you did a chime on that D little thing that you added and said Ed liked on the first solo? Just wondering, I ask because I don't have a fender strat yet, but I believe listening to you play I'm going to buy another one, my first strat was stolen and I've never bought another yet, you are an amazing guitarist my friend.

this a good reference video, unfortunately I didn't learn anything from this I can apply because I cannot tell what notes you are playing in what order. I learn better from tabs, so I'll just use this video to know where to apply the notes. Thanks anyways !
