Another thing that doesn’t get talked about enough is the poor management of servers. 90% of the time you’re playing territories on either Foy, Carentan, or Utah/Omaha Beach. Russian and British maps rarely if ever get touched. adding new in content seems pointless when most of the servers are content with running the same 4 maps.

I was a Hell Let Loose fan boy like Terrydactyl since day one. Played countless hours and have an XP of 480. Recently converted from console to PC and have never looked back with all the quality PC games which I cannot get on console. Squad, Squad 44, Arma, War of rights, etc. I don't play HLL that much anymore because of the lack of direction, bugs and lack of updates. Cannot wait until Squad updates to Unreal Engine 5 and when the new Arma comes out in 2027.

The entire premise of the game is built around fire and maneuver. Everything is optimized towards it - you are allowed to sprint say 50m before your stamina drops out, which is terrible for run and gun but perfect for bounding. The same with the ICO - people ask why you can't aim immediately after you stop running? So that it forces you to have one group cover, and one group move. The devs have made it so that that is literally the only way to move safely. The playerbase does not understand this. Every map I see Squads spread out all over the place, IFV's not sticking with their squad to cover, bad communication and absolutely no suppression. Nobody knows what to do, and the devs don't even provide a basic tutorial on how to say, split your squad into two and use one group to cover and the other to move. Squad is the kind of game that cannot be played properly until you join a clan or whatever.

Here's the thing i realized. The fact that you can command a squad and the enemy can move and adapt MADE the combat so refreshing compared to COD WW2 games. Other shooters just have you running around and shooting "lifeless" enemies and there's not much tactics.

uninstalled the game today. absolutly hate it! pure esport super hardcore game for very little player base. this game will die out by itself by time. you NEED to play with T6 ammo and T6 Equipments all the time, budget runs are long gone and impossible this days

It was really good. It came with my old computer so low sales seem weird. I'm actually sitting here. Trying to figure out. If it's worth the trouble. To risk viruses and stuff. So I can play it on the new hardware which has no cd player...The immersion was pretty good. The story was totally fine. Playing the game there was not much to complain about. Every map felt unique with different challenges to keep it interesting. I have played through it several times. I especially like sniping and those semi un-killable gas mask guys XD

your using ai wrong try maxing aim speed perks hide them in bush or a cornfield (they can see in heavy brush) and watch them slaughter Ive got like 30 ai kills before my squad got wiped out before, if used correctly they are pretty good

Food and water in Tarkov is not that extreme of course if you get hit will affect the food and water but is not a big deal really and you find a lot on the maps

This is my go to game, The best part for me is upgrading the weapons. I go through each weapon until it's upgraded, then start all over again. Springfield with the bar is my favorite load out. Shotgun and M1 would be another load out I like.

Socom US Navy Seals uses squads as well but not like how Brothers in Arms does it with telling each character's back story or even getting to hear about how he feels about his leader Brother's in Arms was a great game that I enjoyed playing it felt like Band Of Brothers in some similar way.

in mid 2005 i was 13 and was introduced to CoD 1 as my first fps and ww2 game and then in november came CoD2. The games blew my mind and i played the multiplayer daily for a number of years.

i remember being extremely hyped for hell's away during it's developement but i never actually ended up playing it. loved the first 2 games. My first experience with them was playing a demo for i think road to hill 30 and playing the demo mission again and again.
