The left and right hand synchronization is so painful at the beginning, made me feel impossible literally, but I just realized how we do so many other things from childhood seamlessly like playing a video game with mouse and keyboard and we do independent actions correctly(moving/aim and shooting at the same time), just the same need to happen with the piano. Nice to see someone share the same struggle with the piano and keeps learning.
@Pushment7 сағат бұрын
Yea I wish I had learned things like playing piano in my childhood, would be a whole different story 😀 good to hear that I am not the only one struggling here 🙏

Is this saying his did 100 burpees in under 7 1/2 mins?
@Pushment3 күн бұрын
Indeed, after 30 days I was able to achieve 100 in 7:30 with clean reps. The pace was pretty high and the result my personal record so far. I never got under this time after that and keep my standard with 10 min.

Your max is4 to 10 in 30 days Respect brother 💪🏻❤ In Day 17 yo did 4*5 I assume 4 sets of 5 reps you did 4*5 throughout the day or in one session I would like to know 😊 thank you
@Pushment9 күн бұрын
Thank you for your kind words. Yes I did 4 sets of 5 reps. I did it throughout the day. One session would not work since I was doing it every day. You need to keep about 30min between sessions if you can. Then you don't feel muscle pain the next day

I don’t understand how anyone could just start jump roping everyday. My calves get so tight the next day that no amount of stretching or massaging loosens them up. I have to wait at least an extra day or two for that to go away.

Its quite refreshing to find a youtuber that actually exercises their creativity and puts in the time and effort to make their content a unique expression of themselves in a more artistic way and not so monotonous like most videos out there. Quality stuff. Fantastic work!

Bro.. can you help me The Best kite brand? And The price??
@PushmentАй бұрын
I really preferred cabrinha switchblade but really get a feeling by riding various brands in different surf schools. Nowadays as I progress into noting waves I bought a RRD Religion, great kite. You should get some good used kites for the start. The material should not be older than 2-3 years and always in good condition. However start with a surf school and some locals and just ask around what’s on the market in your area🤙

@Pushment18 күн бұрын
Hi, Thanks for your comment! I guess in your case I would really propose to consult a specialist to double check if suitable as you really apply some load onto your knees and need to make sure that you don't injure yourself any further! Cheers

How many reps how long the break in between sets?
@PushmentАй бұрын
Hi, I did 100 reps straight, no break with very continuous pace. Slow down as much as needed to achieve the pacing. If just starting, reduce amount of reps but it must be challenging though!
