That tiny beach scares me! I can't imagine that anybody would build a huge condo tower in front of such a small beach. I'm guessing that they have a serious beach erosion problem? (And the owner is bailing out before the beach completely disappears?)

@paulv5233 OH wow! That's very thoughtful. I put a hummingbird feeder on my balcony, and I leave my door open, but they still don't come in. I guess if there are a lot of pigeons, this would be very helpful. Are there a lot of birds that roost on the balconies in Thailand? I'm so surprised. Thank you very much for that info. Where I live in Las Vegas, they don't allow people to open the windows on the high floors because of people losing all their money and then jumping out the windows... !

I must say I like the layout especially the kitchen I think the bath tub on the balcony is a bit of waste of space and gimmick but that’s only my opinion everyone has different ideas. NOT quite sure why there is not a dryer for the cloths instead of a combo. Thailand does have both a washer and a dryer to put in condos or homes.

Way overpriced always for farangs compared to the price Thai's are being asked to pay. Also will you have to pay a new Thai Tax at 30% or 35% Tax in January 2025? Will expats be DOUBLE TAXED on their Lifetime pensions? Why is the monthly or Annual extra maintenance fees never added onto the selling price from building to building. Especially the high fees in the newer buildings?

The apartment looks nice but it's way overpriced, I mean way overpriced. Take a look at that atrocious building. Sorry but it is so hideous and it looks quite old. Also there is like literally no storage. I mean it's fine if you own only two suitcases, those could possibly be stored in those tiny cabinets but barely anything else that a household usually contains. I do like your videos but this looks like a scam to sell a freshly renovated appartment in an old building. For less than half price it might be worth taking a look but not at this asking price. We all know what kind of house you can get for that kind of money. Compared to this tiny appartement those houses are a catch. The ocean view ain't worth 4 Million Thai Baht, well at least it wouldn't be for me.
