Someone should make threaded male-female inserts to redo the centre rings … like a retrofit. I’d expect it’s a simple stainless steel 2 part piece - that locks together once threaded

wow, I seem to be too late to post a comment here but let me go ahead anyways. Is the resistance on this bike as tough/strong as the resistance that a magnetic break offers? I am debating between Bikerg & Pelaton and want some guidance. Please help! Main goal is to switch from running to Biking as my knees are giving (46M doing 3 mile runs almost every other day to stay lean) and get the same effort. Rode Pelaton and liked it but debating the cost.

66 year old Male: 14 months post quad bypass- Learned to walk on hands at age 12 (rudimentarily), Wowed by Vertical pushups demonstrated my very husky squad leader to us during our nightly pushup session during swab summer as a Coast Guard Academy cadet. Going forward I would perform vertical pushups against the wall while when waiting for a pickup BB game at the gym. Pandemic ended 40 years of my regular 8-12 hours of full court basketball then came major cardio surgery late last year. Progressing from scratch on rebuilding a usable body. Some ATG has helped begin to increase poor mobility in ankle dorsiflexion and reaching the deep squat position which I was unable to get close to until recently. Foam rubber Padding behind knees during squat allowed me to suddenly break through with only mild discomfort - (miraculous breakthrough after maybe 15-20 years of being unable to squat. Today I jsut wanted to see what progression were recommended for handstand pushups- I always enjoyed them but never saw anyone else doing them (since 1976). Curious as to what I can train my body to do at age 66 after being nearly helpless a year ago. This was exactly what I was looking for - and in the first video I've watched on the topic. Very impressed with the form of the model athlete. I don't expect to duplicate that level of grace doing anything. Thanks for posting.

Good for you! I'm older and had some serious life-threatening issues. It's a matter of when! You have this! It's in your nature! I say if I die trying, well, how cool is that! Doubt, we'll die, lol.

Gym bros with chicken legs who claim they have 'bad calf genetics' actually just have very small anterior tibialises. No matter how high your calf inserts are, if you have this muscle well developed you'll have big looking legs below the knee (from the front at least).

For my own personal use of just doing curls, chest presses, and shoulder presses I don't think I will ever damage the cheapest of dumbbells. And yet I really want to get the Rogue ones instead of the Amazon ones which are half the price. If I'm honest with myself I'm just being a brand whore.

I tried the original slide and failed, then tried the easier way and failed that too. I'm going to keep practicing, maybe for a few weeks, but right now, this feels impossible. My wrists were half of a ruler away from the wall. A truly pathetic sight. Are there even easier progressions?

I have had these for several weeks kzbin.infoUgkxP26Tir6n60vUkdtn4mbwhRO8cwuJQNy2 and I have been really happy with them so far. I love being able to do a variety of workouts at home when I don't have time to make it to the gym. When paired with a basic bench, there are tons of different exercises and you can hit pretty much all major muscle groups. It is easy to adjust to your desired weight with the dials on each side. They slide in and out of the cradle smoothly. The only downside to this design vs the newer version, is that these are pretty wide. This does limit your range of motion with certain hand positions on certain exercises. Straight dumbbell press would be an example of this. I have to turn my hands slightly in order to bring them close enough together. Not a huge deal to me though. Really happy with this purchase and would definitely recommend.
