I feel a whole lot more confident in trying to run a two 2 awg cables to my trunk now. DC power loss is obnoxious hahahahahaha i can't wait until i can power my 450p-rv ef air compressor directly from my trunk to pump up my tires!!!!

Love a Power Wagon. It is an offroad Beast! For all those that say it’s too big to offroad then they are just not used to pinstripes. If I can fit it thru the trail it will most likely climb it.

The smaller the diameter of the spool the greater the torque. Think of it like the sprockets on a bicycle. The smaller the sprocket that your turning with the pedals is, the greater the torque. The larger the less torque but higher speed. With all of the line out, you’ll have the greatest amount of torque and the lowest speed. The more cable that’s on the spool, making the diameter larger, the less torque and higher speed it will run at.

Looks great- im suprised by the storage space reduction though.not only does your stuff have to fit in small cubby holes, things have to fit in a container with a lid- i have an 8 ft bed, and still am maxed out.

Ikamper is adamant about having these only mounted on the passenger side. What has been your long term experience with it being backwards? Im looking to mount mine the same way. I dont want the exhaust or the fumes to mess with the annex.

Did you get rid of the RIG’D tire carrier? That thing is amazing and because of your previous videos, I want one for my PXL. Which is almost exactly the same rig, although I did get the big screen. Maybe I ended up with the first one you ordered! lol great content. Keep it coming and maybe I’ll see ya out west on a trail. Btw, if you did decide to not use the tire carrier, I’d totally buy yours if it’s for sale.

Does anyone know if AEV prospector/xl kits also include regearing of the front and rear axles? I would imagine that running the factory 3.73 gears with those 40” tires would put a tremendous amount of strain on the transmission

I bought and installed the front AEV bumper on my 18’ 3500 Ram and am very impressed. I’m saving up for an Expedition One rear bumper for the spare tire carrier mainly. Best value I think for me as the vehicle is payed off and the warranty expires. I’ll wait for suspension upgrades once I’ve worn the stock system out to some extent. I’m happy running 35” tires for all of my needs for now. I’m not thrilled not being able to fit a spare without a tire carrier.

I am not going to scroll through the 121 comments but the gauge of wire might have to do with the small voltage drop. I am using welding wire for my setup and plan to copy your ideas for the blue sea panels.
