@20:00 Good idea for SAY questions, try running the Q's through an Ai and asking what the likely hood is that this type of question will be answered, if it hasn't been already . A lot of the time Q's are already answered, but asked repeatedly on calls.

Larry it's a relief to hear your keen, measured intelligence applied with nuance to the Elon / Trump conundrum. Some in the Tesla community have abandoned their hitherto forensic analysis for tribalism. I revere Elon's intellect and achievements and mostly agree with your assessments of Trump's policy wins but I am deeply troubled by Elon's partisan incendiary behaviour. Harris is not a Clinton or Obama in extemporaneous speaking skills, but this ability is only one of the many necessary for stable leadership. Trump's oblivious inclination to speak off the cuff to anyone does not equate with intellectual ability. You have heard the non-sequiturs, contradictions, malaprops and bigoted diatribes and must know his grasp of economic and foreign policy is tenuous. Would you not prefer a cautious leader with sufficient skills to lead, who knows her limitations and values advice, or an authoritarian narcissist incapable of speaking the truth or accepting good counsel?

Elons comment about Biden and Kamala was a 4D chess move. Here's why. After the first assassination attempt, it did nothing to tone down the rhetoric from the left. Just some fake comments and then business as usual. By Elon saying this, it will make them reflect on their own life being at risk. He basically just scared them into toning it down, this time by forcing them to fear for their own lives, just as Trump has had to do. That ought to shut them up. Elon poorly phrased his tweet, but his point was clear. The reason there have been two assassination attempts on Trump and none on Biden/Harris is because the democrats have pumped up the mentally unstable with talks of Trump being Hitler and this being the end of our democracy. You don’t get the successes of Elon by changing him into something you’re more comfortable with. You can’t have the wild advancements he has had by worrying about grabbing the opportunity, fussing about how you look, or getting caught up with elements that have no impact on the outcome 10 years from now. You wouldn’t hire an accountant that is fun to go to Vegas with. You wouldn’t hire a lawyer who worries about your social brand. And you wouldn’t hire a CEO who runs to you to solve every little problem. I for one don’t want Elon to change a thing, the last thing I want to happen is to have Elon tell me to GFY. If that happens, I’m the one who is wrong, out of touch, and doomed to failure. I definitely don’t want Elon to change into anything you two want him to be, maybe spend more time focusing on what shouldn’t be working but succeeding despite what you think it should be. Elon can adapt and change on a dime, the rest of us are just trying to keep up.
