Hey hey, as someone with damaged lungs, can share a bit of advice. There are slow deep breath exercises (you can probably find many of them online), they sound like they don't do much, it feels dumb at first, but do 3-4 reps and you already feel it in your lung muscles. Also it helps aerate your lungs even to the parts that don't exchange air with every breath which in long term helps improve blood supply to the better parts of your lung. After a month or so you do feel that it improves your breathing. Mind you, maybe don't do those exercises in the shop.

Thank you for your review, it helped me a lot. I am considering buying an XTool laser and then the 2P but now I am having doubts. I now have a Sculpfun S30 Pro that I want to upgrade to a CO2 laser and I always end up with the X Tool P2. And your review of both machines was very helpful. I live in the Netherlands, do you happen to know if I can buy it via a country in Europe because of the import duties?

Really curious how the “all in one” solar powered inverter review will go. Don’t see it yet. My interest in this is Van camping in motocross track pits (usually 1 or 2 nights per weekend). I have milwaukee (Mw) impact tools to work on dirt bikes already, and have the Honda 2000 portable Genny for day time. However, after noise allowable hours (or just when people want to hang out and talk in the pits), I want to quietly run a smaller 600w microwave, mini 200W rice cooker [usu 20 min run time], and maybe smaller space heater on cold nights. Technically I could recharge the Mw Carry On with the generator during the day, I have 4 x 5.0ah batteries for my tools (Mw Fan, Mw impact wrenches, Mw Top Off, Mw miniAir compressor, etc.), But . . . The “all in ones” you mention at the end of this review are so much cheaper, cant wait to see how their review goes. Next time try out a simulated camp evening really small 200W rice cooker (20 min), and a few smaller microwave runs (10 min), and maybe a kickstart to bedtime 400W space heater (30-60 minutes), and an ipad cell phone recharge [could I forget the gas can for my generator with one of these, and still eat that evening and have full use of my phone?]; also noted, the generator usually uses different gas than the dirtbikes and pressure washer. The fewer cans I have to haul around the better. 🤷🏻‍♂️

Sure thing I think it will be in January some time. I have had a smaller all in one from jackery in my work trailer, threw one solar panel from Hf on the roof to recharge it constantly. Worked well for lights and a chest fridge but not powerful enough for rice or nuker. I currently have a set of three batteries in an inverter with three solar panels on my new work trailer. They’ll run a microwave for about 15 minutes before it kills it. So my gut will be with the all in ones, It needs to be a pretty beefy one. I’ll try and get my hands on something that I think will be able to meet all your needs for the video.

The RTK actualy dose transmitt through solid objects like a tree and a house from what i understand. And up to about 4 miles in distance.
@BitnerBuilt
@BitnerBuilt 2 күн бұрын
Yes and no, if you read the literature, specifically indicates fencing, retaining walls, houses, as obstacles that can cause disconnection issues because while I can technically transmit through it, it is a barrier. On my property on both of my mammotion mowers. The only place that I’ve ever had RTK disconnects was through my house and fence on the opposite side from where the RTK was.

I'm just getting back into woodworking after being away from it for over 30 years. I recently purchased a table saw and struggled slightly when cross cutting or ripping 8' boards for my projects. So I've been searching around for extension wings to buy...and then I found your channel! Wow! I have to say, wow! What an absolutely brilliant idea you came up with Sir. There are other folding table builds that I've seen for a table saw, but this one is incredibly smart and easy. I'll build it this weekend for my table saw, as both an extension wing AND an outfeed table. Then I can get back to my projects with extra safety and ease. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

@@BitnerBuilt Well, that didn't go according to plan. I purchased the folding table and started this build yesterday. Unfortunately my table saw is mounted on a metal table with 44 inches from the table top to the floor. The legs of the folding table that I bought at home depot are about 11 inches too short. Additionally, the hardware for the legs is now different - 4 screws instead of six, and mounted to the side edge of the table and not the top. So I would need to drill holes through the metal legs to get it to fit the other way. Of course the biggest issue is the length of the legs. I'll have to keep looking for ones with more height.
@RobertBadgerJr.
@RobertBadgerJr. Күн бұрын
I may just have to go with folding brackets instead of legs. Just not sure if that's a good idea for support or not. I'm not even sure how to get it attached to the table saw frame for my 10" Warrior table saw from Harbor Freight

I'm curious if the angle of the walls in the baffles has an effect on minimizing sound/improving sound absorption? Meaning, in your example you have the walls at 90 degree angles to each other. if the goal is absorbing and redirecting the sound waves, would angling the walls (maybe 45 degrees) offer some additional benefit?
@BitnerBuilt
@BitnerBuilt 5 күн бұрын
That’s a great idea, to my understanding yes it would help however from a structural standpoint there’s obvious issues. Another way to deal with it is non flat walls on the inside, having structures that cause disruption to the bounding of the noise helps remove Ecco. There are wood soundproofing products for recording studios I recently saw. The shapes are what diffuse in that case

Hi, So I'm wondering about your claim that it "super accurate": you do this test with the very small sticks. And it shows on the screen all the text items located on the wooden sticks. yet when you briefly film the result, it appears to me that at least two seem not good: the one on the right side: the letter "i" is not on the stick but on the plate underneath. And the lower right stick: font seems to be too low. Now this is obviously in the corners of the working area, so if the system works better in the center (as it seems to) then that can be excused. The same result is visible in your coin embossing tests: from what I can tell on screen the "embossed" round areasdo not seem to be centered. Did you position those manually or was that the AI alignment function? (Does that feature even work if you don't feed the material via the conveyor belt)?
@BitnerBuilt
@BitnerBuilt 5 күн бұрын
No, it’s extremely accurate, you should look at my video on the Wecreat vision. I run the same test on every laser that I review now. In that one we create sponsored the video and I ended up saying don’t buy the machine because it was absolutely horrible on that stick test. That’s because it’s a fish eye lenses in that machine. The f1 intro doesn’t use a fish (high range of motion on a small area) so your getting a precise result

I have enjoyed your tool rack storage videos. I make jewelry as a hobby, and because jewelry tools are comparatively small and as plentiful as the sands of the sea, often a jeweler's bench is a rat's next of tools and materials, either in a mound all over the bench top or crammed into drawers. (Google "jeweler's bench" images to see what I mean.) Hammers and mallets are a unique part of this mess, mostly because they are actually some of the biggest tools to rack up, because of the long handles. Further the metalsmithing, forging, and metal forming hammers and mallets are all different sizes and shapes and textures. I think my collection contains about 30 so far, so making a "rack" for them that is efficient is daunting. Many jewelers use a rack that is composed of two parallel slats that the hammer handles are slid into, hanging the hammers from their heads. I find this annoying both putting the hammers in and taking them out. Often the handle shapes are not consistent from one hammer to another, so while some hammers go in easily, others are too small or too large, so they tend to wobble around. Hence, your solution caught my eye. Because jewelers are nearly ALWAYS seated, I have come to think of the tool racks like an airplane pilot cockpit, and have a general rule of presenting the tools from their SMALLEST profile side facing the craftsman, and pack them as tightly as possible with respect to fat fingers. But alas, with hammers, that means presenting them with their heads facing, which is not conducive to how they are grabbed, held and used. Hung by their heads as you have done means all the space taken up by the handles is in the way of all the other tiny tools I must also have within reach. Hence the dilemma. But your video is useful, in that I may try an arrangement where I make the rack(s) as you did, but lay the rack almost flat in a pull out drawer, with the most frequently used hammers and mallets closest to the front of the drawer(s). I also thought about making an overhead CURVED rack similar to your design only larger, and more like a curved windshield, where they are high up and out of the way. Anyway, thanks for the thoughtful useful videos on tool storage.

Wow. Thanks so much. Ever since I saw this conveyor for the first time I kept wondering how good it is in terms of accuracy. Yet almost no other video thoroughly tested that. I am so annoyed of my current laser (A...stack X20) because there's a) no way to frame really accurately and b) even if you try really hard, e.g. with a jig and positioning based on coordinates, the consistency is just not there - it will just be off randomly by 2-4mm whatever you do. And don't even get me started of the lightburn camera feature: what a waste of time and money. I bought 2, one generic cam and then the original A...stack cam with a stand and it's just utterly useless. But I have to say one thing: I believe you missed to test something that's important to me: The test with the business card and also the wooden keyhanger was a rather small object only "roughly" positioned in the middle (The business card: you really didn't put any effort into centering). That would be my request: try a shape that almost fills the workpiece on all sides to allow understand if it's possible to center accurately (on the first piece) and if it repeats that accurately. Try engraving a coin or a round piece of wood with a circle that has a 1mm smaller diameter than the workpiece. I am really curious. Anyway, thanks for this really, really, really great video.

You change the “cutting path angle” it rotates whatever pattern you’re doing by a number of degrees so if you change this from what you usually do all of a sudden instead of right to left rows, it’ll be up and down rose or you can make it go diagonal

I had a very negative opinion of Ryobi for a very long time, my professional contractor friends called them, Tinker tools. But I keep finding tools of value with them. You also have to remember that, Ryobi, Milwaukee, ridgid (list goes on) are all the same company under TTI, so they put their most compact high-power tools into the Milwaukee lineup, medium duty into rigid, and then their more consumer into ryobi. The bigger bulk might be on purpose as a differentiator “justifying Milwaukee prices” you can almost look at them as tiers in tti products
