Hi Phil! Thanks for the video, this is extremely helpful info. I just started going through some of the Tests.com questions and they seem easier than the ones in the quizzes at the ends of the chapters and the practice tests through ACE. Did you find that to be true? Do you feel tests.com prepared you better than the ACE quizzes?
@wellnessforbodymindspirit108
@wellnessforbodymindspirit108 3 жыл бұрын
Hi Courtney! Thank you for your question, I 100% agree, the tests.com questions were certainly easier than the ones from ACE, but I used them more for practice and pinpointing any areas that I still lacked knowledge. Essentially if I missed a problem from tests.com, I would always go back to the ACE materials to brush up on my knowledge. ACE has great questions and they prepared me a little more for the actual exam, but for me personally, there weren't enough questions. And after I went through the ACE quizzes, I felt like I memorized all the answers, so tests.com was a good supplement for me to test areas that I wasn't familiar with. Hopefully, that answers your question!
@crazyycourtt
@crazyycourtt 3 жыл бұрын
@@wellnessforbodymindspirit108 Wow, thanks for the quick reply! Thank you for your thorough answer, that's extremely helpful. Another quick question - I noticed questions on tests.com referred to water intake in terms of ounces vs. ml (and I've been studying the ml numbers) - did you find that they favored kg vs. lb or oz vs. ml or did they usually give you both numbers?
@wellnessforbodymindspirit108
@wellnessforbodymindspirit108 3 жыл бұрын
@@crazyycourtt Yea, that's strange that tests.com favors the ounces vs. ml. From my experience, ACE usually gave all the units kg, lb, and ml. There are some sections of the book and chapters which it specifies though and it might be helpful to know the units in both lbs and kg. However, if you know how to convert between units then you'll be able to answer all the questions. For example, there are equations in the book that teach you to convert L to mL and lb to kg. Knowing that formula will help just in case they want answers in specific units. Hope that helps!
