Sonic Forces wasn't that bad. My biggest complaint is just Classic Sonic coming back for no reason and having not so great 2D levels. Along with at least one terrible section in each level like the auto scroller in iron fortress.

Am i the only one who thinks the CD vosses are really good? Not needing to hit them 8 times each doesnt matter when the boss fights themselves wind up lasting longer than the ones which do need 8 hits - you use the bubble boss as an example, which imo is an excellent boss

In the ending cinematic of Sonic Adventure 2, we can see that there are Muslims thanking the sky or God with a mosque behind them. Islam is therefore the only canon religion in Sonic.

Sonic’s whole thing is “too fast for a relationship”, but that doesn’t automatically mean he’s Aro Ace, just that he’s not looking for a relationship at his current age. Judging by Frontiers, which is probably a good bit in the future, it’s pretty clear sonic has at least some romantic feelings for Amy, and probably has had them for a while but not reciprocated any of them because of how obsessed she was. Now that both Sonic and Amy are probably way more mature, it definitely wouldn’t be surprising to see them together.

i began being a Sonic fan since 2012 and tbh, the hatred internet people had against Sonic never made me hate him too, no matter what people say against Sonic, i will never turn my back on him and i will always keep supporting my beloved hedgehog (but they bettee give me a Silver year now)

Until they create another gimmick game revolving around gear it won’t happen. Sonic riders had the rider gear and vehicles, black knight had the knight gear (even though it was just the gauntlet and sword), secret rings and the 1 ring in his finger, and sonic boom was a tragedy. I think they technically attempted a new model with Sonic boom but people hated it so much they just reverted back to their best model.

In the comics there were thousands, if I remember correctly. But then a turtle combined them into 7

They are called Power Rings for a resson, they are incredibly powerful, hell even back in the early days kf sonic media they were the power item sonic used to power up before the emeralds were a thing.

I can imagine I’m only one of many who cranked the difficulty in Frontiers all the way down to it’s easiest level when I reached the Master King Koco trial just to simply be able to move on with the Final Horizon’s story as soon as they gave us the option to in the update!

The funniest thing about the Silver vs. Sonic boss fight is that when you play it as Silver, it's so easy. Sure, you can't go "IT'S NO USE!" the way the AI can, but you can just pummel Sonic with tables and chairs to win the battle in mere seconds. The Sonic version of it gives people nightmares, especially if they don't know how it works, but it's just so funny to see how easy it is for Silver to dab on Sonic.

I don't know if I agree about the PC version of Sonic Adventure DX. For one thing I don't remember having problems with the 2004 version but furthermore, because of how crazy you can mod it, it's the BEST version. I don't play any of the others anymore (well I have an in-progress save of the OG 1998 DC version but that's more for historical purposes). My vote for SA1 goes to the 2011 PC/PS3/360 port. That one not only keeps the ugly lighting from the original DX versions but refuses to run in widescreen, so it just gets letterboxed on the side. Furthermore the Game Gear games were dropped from that one and you have to add what DX functionality remained via paid DLC. The PC version has a fanmade "patch" that actually just rolls it back to the 2004 version. By default this already allows the game to run in widescreen but the 2004 version is, as mentioned, very malleable via mods so you can do things like restore the Dreamcast textures, lighting, and character models too, meaning you can get an HD version of the Dreamcast game (though I personally still use the DX character models). There's even a mod that brings back the DLC from the Dreamcast version (including the long-lost Japan-only "Kadomatsu" DLC and a custom DLC made by the creator of the mod).

Dark Beginnings is definitely my new #1 favorite Sonic style, absolute kino. Which means a lot since Sonic has so many great artists
