I’ve been doing your standing stretches in my bedroom, bedroom or living room since 2020. During the pandemic, I sat around so much that my body began to hurt. I wasn’t flexible at all. Four years later I’m still doing these stretches at least once or twice a week. I am much more flexible and the positions are easier to get and stay in for the times when we have to hold. Thank you so much for these… several years later.
