First time visiting your channel, I loved this flow bc it was simple and targeted the main areas that as a runner i feel more soreness, and Since you are insisting, I’d like to make a request: I suffer from shin splits and TFL/ITB soreness, at the point that lately I have to constantly take breaks from running and you know that’s the last thing a runner want to do. I rest 1-2 weeks then I come back and pain comes along again. I feel that I’m not recovering properly. Thanks again for this flow!
