My $80 KastKing BFS reel on a light action 6 foot 6 inch rod I got at Walmart for $39 is working great and so far my BFS PB is a 3 pound 8 ounce smallie.

Check out BaitFinesseEmpire.com They have the Tsurinoya Legend and Dragon series that are great rods. Depending on your budget, tons of great reel options. The owner over there doesn’t carry it unless it’s actually quality. No junk to make you just spend money.

@TheHunterFisher Yea I ended up with a medium light Jenko Double Down and a BearKing Zeus BFS reel the rod is rated 3/32th-1oz which is perfect for the micro glides I wanted to throw on it I'll definitely check out that website though thanks!!

I wonder if this could have a bad affect on other fish as they learn that these fish are fake and shouldn’t bite, that they’ll start doing it with real fish and could even stop eating as a whole. Idk much about fish or fishing though, would that happen? Could it happen
