The lamp is glowing! Now I understand why I succeeded many times the odds were against me and failed even when the odds were in my favour. I have been spending the time thinking about what I needed to do and how would it feel once I get it. Then I succeeded. So many other times I was just working on the next task and then the next and the next. Then I failed. The conclusion is that I need to have the goal in mind while doing the work. That will motivate me to do the job just right, no half-assing nor going perfectionistic. Knowing this in the future will change my chances for success greatly. I am about one hour in, let's see what else am I to learn from this book!

I’m sure this is good but using to many terms and making the process too technical. I like technical things but not when it comes to something based on emotion.
