How do you put it back lol struggling to put back seat where the hole is

Been watching your videos for a while now Will! Thank you for documenting your journey with the chassis. Have a similar path mapped out with mine and as a diy guy, it’s super helpful to visualize the process through your videos and have potential trials and tribulations documented!

Hey will my engine/drivetrain moves a lot on and off throttle and I have new stock motor mounts and 10k mile old trans mounts. Is that what you were feeling lots of on/off throttle movement?
@WillsGarageOfficial7 күн бұрын
No, the movement I felt was mainly side to side during cornering. I would guess yours has to do something with the drivetrain/driveshaft/differential.

Great video! Do you know if the backing plates on these uses mechanical attachments, i.e., hooks or adhesive?
@WillsGarageOfficial9 күн бұрын
There aren't any mechanical attachments for pads used on the AP9660 caliper which are shown in this video.

It definitely helped but I think I need to upgrade the motor mounts as well which will make it even better.

Commenting just in case anyone else decides to do this. That place you put the bolts works fine as this where team schirmer also put it but the aerocatch needs to face the other way round. The bigger parts needs to be closer to the headlights. I'm glad you managed to make it work though

Will, great content! I assume you couldn’t find the PMU pads in stock rear spec? So you are running ferodo on the rears? Did you feel any brake bias issues?
@WillsGarageOfficialАй бұрын
PMU makes pads that fit the stock rears as well. I already have DTC60s in the rear so gave them a try. DTC60s have more bite so there is a bit more bias in the rear which I found helps rotate the car while trail braking but sometimes unstable in a straight line. Honestly, I got use to it after one session but take what I say with a grain of salt since I'm no pro! Here's the link to the stock rears from PMU. bit.ly/3Y7Nv8A

@@WillsGarageOfficial thanks a lot! I will give them a try. My current setup is front biased which I’m managing but don’t like. So want to play with pads a little bit

Do these arms come with any warranty? I'm skeptical about running this arms with exposed balljoints like this. Dirt/ grime will get in and they will have play before 20k miles I feel like. I'm seriously considering the G.A.S covered mono ball alternative.
