Hey man off topic but can you help me out, for finger dyanmic training, is there a big difference between finger curls with a rolling handle and a bruce lee grip machine? It costs around 400 euro and there's no point of me getting it if it's basically the same, Is the ROM the same too? Thanks mane
@dubyagripКүн бұрын
@R4EL I don't train my fingers specifically, but if that is what you want you do, you can use a regular barbell. A rolling handle could work too, but if you only want to train finger strength, use a barbell or the tools rock climbers use to strengthen their hands.
@R4ELКүн бұрын

@dubyagrip11 күн бұрын
@x4_vy I'd say 6 is the most you could measure. You might be able to get turns beyond that, but it might change the gripper's feel.
