I remember waking up at 4, it was terrible at first but after that feeling you definitely have a urge to do something and get a lot done before 10AM. Great video as always, love seeing the growth in the channel 🙏🏾💯

@@HowellConsultations I use to wake up at 6am consistently before I had my last son a few months ago. A six am wake-up changed my life and gave me the feeling that you described - 5am was always an aspiration.

Thanks to you, I have been a work in progress to be part of the 5am club. On the many occasions that I have managed to wake up at 5, I’ve been able to accomplish loads in my own calm before the rest of the world wakes up.
