Hello, my WFO index is 100% and DI is 100% but still my Variable pay is only 40% from last 4 quarters. How the variable pay is calculated for C4? Will the percentage difference based on grade? Please reply with your grade and % of variable pay you got.

gess was down due to system maintenance and I was unable to raise exception in Gess for the same day because once the date changes we can't raise for past day.. will it my wfo status due to this one day.. I am asked to apply a leave but I was working from home.. please guide what will be the consequences if I don't apply leave beacause was working and the GEss was down

@@jha2592 you should be C3A below. However, WFO is applicable to everyone than why after giving 100% WFO index they deducted QVP. It's better senior employees WFH.
