Not even corporate but government offices are also like that.... There is much toxicity, much back Biting, gossiping about you.... I have personally experienced this.... No one is there for me as a friend... No one wants to support me in this situation even my parents and upar se aap quit bhi nhi kar sakte to thoda guidance chahiye tha mujhe ispe koi he toh plz share your opinions

Previously people used to work for 8 hours paid according to it, nowadays people big chunk very immediately, every common people mentallity has to earn in lakhs, which is detoritiariting the work environment and economy and the inequality, i think if 3 people work burdened on 1 person, the employment should be provided for 3 people with reasonable salary,

Really environment matters. It's very toxic then switch the job. Because I believe our skills are useful everywhere.
