I thought about becoming an Amazon influencer a week or two ago and I have watched a number of videos about it but I don't have a social media following so I am going to pass on doing it. However, I earn commissions as an Amazon associate through my blog. But, it is not a huge amount each month so far. Blogging takes a lot of work, plus you have to be able to drive traffic to your blog in order to get people to click on your Amazon links.

This really resonated with me! Especially when you mentioned you don't want to just contribute to a consumerism but want to be more thoughtful and intentional. I have been contemplating starting a shop for over a year now, but have always pushed it aside because I had similar ideas. But I'm encouraged to hear there are similar business gurus (of which I am not) who feel similarly. Honestly, my thoughts recently are that the businesses that are built on the mindset you described, while not super lucrative from the start, may be longer lasting and fulfilling. Which in turn would be more beneficial and positive for the business owner as well. Thanks so much for sharing!

Dear Dina Thank you for this informational video :) I feel that the good we do for others usually returns to us. Please don't feel any regret for posting a wholesome video. True, not everyone is always generous, but people who are pretty much make the world IMO. As for me, I was looking into being a drummer for bands or a studio somewhere. Although I had had many lessons, I didn't know where to start. I searched for 'freelancing' and your video came up. Thanks to your advice, I feel better informed. I do believe in this concept. I had one business like that before (selling vintage clothing). And now I have another one (writing books), although I do need to make some changes and reach that perfect balance. You have to have absolute control to do it or you'll get pulled into directions that are not in perfect alignment with your soul. I'm hoping to get there (reach that balance) and increase my income as well.
