I'm the same- at university I would print out all the journal articles/any online book chapters I needed for essays and so I could physically write around them like I would in library books (in pencil lol), I would spend so much money on printer credit but it was worth it I think. I could think so much more clearly that way.

For as long as I can remember I'm tired sad and bloated for my entire luteal phase (which is half of every month) and I'm TRYING to relax so I don't feel so miserable but my job is really stressful and I'm broke and I'm just so disheartened and I don't know how to help myself and I feel like this world is not made for women to thrive and I just want peace for once and to feel like everything is okay for one whole month straight I'm watching videos on the luteal phase for advice but they all say I need to relax and I CANT I literally have to make money idk what to do

Been on the pill for almost 30 years and have had anxiety, depression, and weight gain that whole time. I took my last pill two days ago…it finally clicked with me that the years I’ve spent on it coincides with the years I’ve spent with miserable symptoms and antidepressants. I have two wonderful children, a great husband, a nice house, a good job, and I’ve told myself there is NO reason I should be feeling as awful as I do. Next month I get tubal ligation and until then, we’ll either use condoms or abstain until I am permanently sterilized. I will NEVER go back on the pill and NEVER recommend it to my daughter. She is 15 and I see her handling her periods that she’s had since 12 perfectly fine. I never got the chance to deal with my periods as I went on the pill shortly after having my first period. I am extremely upset I’ve been living most my life on the pill but at least I can enjoy the upcoming years, hormone-free. Also, I just learned from my mom that she felt suicidal on the pill so she immediately quit it. Yet she allowed me to go on the pill and just thought my mental issues could be chalked up to being a typical teenager. Had I known about her experience I would have NEVER, EVER gone on the pill.

I am a grown-ass woman of 33 years old, and yet I'm here learning about my own body... I was on the pill from 13 to 32, and one year post-pill I'm starting to be able to read the signals my body is sending me. It's such a strange but wonderful experience to realize she has a lot to tell me :)

See my issue with Inito is urine tests only test the metabolites - so the hormones esp progesterone comes in pulses so one hour it could be high , then it could be low then high again. I do think they cause a lot of stress that isn’t even neecessary

Don't shave it Barbie style. Guys get that from porn. Trim once a week. Clean triangle, shave gently around the labia's.

I’m going to be starting FAM as soon as I take my IUD out. Should I wait to get a period to begin charting? Or is it wise to still take my temp and record cervical fluid so I can await ovulating and a period?

Very random but also not; I feel like part of what is causing you lower views in the last few years is how you're editing your thumbnails for your work. They're coming off quite colourscaled in a way that makes you look washed out and sometimes unwell due to the low contrast; I can see you're near a window but I do really feel like a small investment in your lighting would make your thumbnails a lot more clickable. You had massive views when you were in your apartment; and I think a lot of that was just just video/lighting quality. Don't be afraid to do longer format videos; your diehards want to see more of you, not less. I also think it would be really beneficial for you to incorporate veganism back into your work, as well as running. Seeing moms running with their kids in a harnessed stroller is really inspiring. In your old videos, it felt like the viewer was getting to know you; these videos don't feel the same. I loved hearing about how you make veganism work, I loved hearing about you prepping to run a marathon, I loved hearing you talk about being a parent. I'd love to hear about your life in small business. This is all said with the utmost hope that you continue your work and that your success increases. Rather than being a toxic positivity, zero constructive feedback viewer, I want to see you succeed.

The fad of Shaving pubic hair was started in the late 90's by the razor blade companies to boost sales. When I was in high school in the early 70's, an attractive woman was refered to as "a bush". Personally I think pubic hair is awesome because it makes her look more natural real woman versus all of the porn out there where everyone is shaved

It's related to inflammation. My wife has suffered with pmdd for 14 years and I tirelessly researched everything. I started thinking about going the holistic route and was referred to Dr Achina Stein. She has a video called "what if it's not depression" on KZbin and after I watched it, everything started to make sense. The majority of autoimmune and depression issues are related to our gut health, trauma and serious illness. My wife has returned to her self for the last 2 months after being bedridden for the previous 9 months, and I am so thankful I found this information.
