One guy left a whole box of watches in my hand once while he ran off and I was standing there staring in shock caught with the goods as it were, wondering if the cops were going to haul me off, and then back he comes again and lifts the box out of my hands and starts parroting his sales patter again and bargaining without missing a beat. He even gave me a discount for holding on to his contraband, he probably thought I may have run off with the goods 😆
