The biggest problem with poe is you need to look up someone else's build in order to progress. The fact of the matter is it isn't an accessible game for 99.9% of the player base, so it will always attract controversy over what the "best" build is.

honestly before I watched this video, I was moreso agreeing with Lily. However, there are several points here where it feels like she is intentionally misunderstanding what this guy is saying (build drama/aeroplane part, tourist part).
