I've seen two of your designs now and both have reminded me strongly of a church. From the shape of house and shape of windows. Are you subconsciously doing this??? Confused why you have two bathrooms in this house but not making one into a ensuite??? Love the idea of turning loft into office, that is so much better than bedroom.

With some adjustments this plan could work. There's no place to hang your coat or remove shoes when you enter. The TV location is not ideal and the bathroom arrangement is odd. Access to the loft room looks difficult.

First, WHERE DID YOU HIDE THE FRONT DOOR? Does it never rain where you are? Does it never get cool or very hot where you are? Walking into the living room like that there is nowhere for wet footwear or jackets, certainly nowhere to deal with winter clothing. Just as bad, there is no way to keep the extreme outdoor weather out when someone is entering or exiting the house. From an entertaining perspective, there is no sense of arrival, no moment of welcome for guests. In a house like this, an enclosed vestibule with a standard height ceiling is lovely and welcoming. From there, the space opens out and up creating a moment of visual drama. Second point: please, PLEASE take cookery lessons so you know first hand how a kitchen functions. The mess you have here would be difficult to use and makes cooking needlessly complex. There are basic rules for placement of the fundamental elements; rules that have evolved over time. Rules about safe and convenient work surfaces around appliances. You have broken every one of them.

The bathroom being no where near the bedrooms is ridiculous. Placement is HORRIBLE.
