This house has lots of curb appeal! The floor plan is unusual, and I'd have to think about tinkering with the living/dining/kitchen arrangement and two fireplaces as well as the two hall baths.

Not sure I understand the tv in the dining room, nor do I understand why there are two fireplaces. Also, the T shaped opening between the living and dining is rather odd.

From the outside, I really liked this 1550 sq ft home. LR is great minus the fireplace since there is another in the dining area which I would change to a wood burning stove. What I won’t have at all is an isolated kitchen which this one has. Laundry area accessed via the kitchen? Don’t like I and is the dryer vented to the exterior (& not through the roof)? Wont own a self venting. Bedrooms are small and have small closets. Master is ok but not spectacular. Wont be building this model.

Интерьеры неудачные. В таких маленьких помещениях допустимы только светлые оттенки. Зал весьма странный, его надо переделывать. Кухня далековата от входа. Туалет во 2 санузле я б поменяла местами с душем- не надо трубу туалета размещать на стену комнаты
