The coolest thing for me about a fitbit (other than holding me accountable on getting steps working a sedentary job) was seeing my heartrate chart decrease significantly over time as I got my steps. I went down like 15 BPM!

I totally think this needs to be the new conversation surrounding bodies, it's okay to not be happy with your body, it's okay to want to lose weight to feel better about yourself. I also see many many fat women who are absolutely gorgeous, but I just don't think it works on me too, I totally get that. I'm excited to see how things go for you, it'll be motivating to watch as I've been working on myself in this way too since November!! I bought a watch for health tracking too and it's been so motivating and helpful, I hope your Fitbit and all the other things you've put in place will be successful for you.

As someone whose medication was also delayed to the point of withdrawal, (night sweats, cognitive dysfunction, dizziness, brain zaps and I am not even on a C-II) with no shortages, I tried my DAMNDEST and slightly failed to not be rude to the pharmacy staff when my 90 day RX had a 60 day fill and then the remaining 30 got cancelled on New Years Day thanks to a combination of a refusal to hold the medication as I had extra and a system glitch. Pharmacy staff is consistently yelled at for things they can't control. Health insurance denials, the help desk, trying to get refills from providers, shortages, outages etc. It's just so tough when you feel so badly!
