that’s weird, the “deleted scene” from channel chasers of the puppets was most definitely in the reruns of the special. i don’t know if it’s a slightly edited version and that’s why it was included but i know i saw this multiple times as a kid because it was so funny and memorable. maybe the addition of butch hartman was the only difference ? idk. interesting nevertheless

I remember the voice change of Dookie, and it taking what, 4 years for the Pilot on 4Kids to manifest on Cartoon Network, which, as a kid, was really confusing, but those things alone made me dislike it as a kid. It did spark my interest in voice acting at a young age, though so I have that to thank.

It was actually great , not as good as mistery inc but still. Mistery inc was more of a regular tv show , maybe a bit of anime , instesd this one was actually really funny , got 10 times more laughs out of me than MInc

Bugs and Daffy are allowed to be naked because of society. Everyone else is working. Porky, Tina, and Speedy Gonzales all have jobs. Lola is part of the upper crust. Her family gives us the impression that they come from money when Walter (her father) takes Bugs to lunch at the country club. It's all about status. One way to look at it is that Bugs and Daffy are the show runners. There job is to lead others. If you take the show away and look at them as actual people within that world, Bugs is a great inventor within that world. I doubt inventing a carrot peeler would really rake in that kind of money. The carrot peeler is suppose to represent something that would really bendfit society. Being a rabbit who primarily eats carrots, it makes sense in this world that the carrot peeler is indeed a great invention. Bugs no longer needs clothes because he's retired. Daffy is nuts and most of the time he's unemployed. Those are the only two types of characters that could logically be naked in that world: Men in a pratriarchal world who are either very intelegent or crazy. They are both on far opposite ends of the spectrum and are far removed from society. They are both free to be whatever they want. Daffy is basically homeless. It even says online that Bugs keeps him around for amusement which makes Daffy his court jesture. Lastly, I loved Tina as a character in the show. Lola, however, is another story entirely. I really disliked her redesign as a bubbly bimbo and preferred how she origanlly appeared in "Space Jam". It's possible that these two female characters could be naked but it has nothing to do with them having breasts. Being risque has nothing to do with it. Look at the movie "Pebble and the Penguin". The lead female character has a great figure and it's all covered up by feathers. The same goes for the animated film "Arca De Noe". The clothing in this world is all about having status or no status at all. Lola's job IS her status which is why she wears clothes so she can go to expensive places and show face alongside her father while Bugs is a homebody so he's not really going anywhere. I left out Gossamer but it's pretty easy to know why he's naked. For one thing, Gossamer is a male in a patriarchal society. Secondly, monsters don't get clothes; it's in our constitution. They get jack shit. I'm only joking; Not really. While Gossamer may appear to be a monster, he is in fact considered normal. Just like Edmond from "Rock-A-Doodle", he possesses the innocence of a child because he is a child. He only looks like a monster to drive home the point you can't judge a book by its cover. I think it goes without saying that children don't have jobs. So, again, unemployed and naked. The only job Gossamer has is doing household chores for his witch of a mother. Anything else would be child labor and that is illegal. If you want naked animals, go watch "Brother Bear", "Open Season", or "Over The Hedge". Looney Tunes has a bigger message its trying to push out, so it needs the costumes. These are animals taken out of their natural inviornment and placed in a manmade concrete jungle to work until they either have enough money to retire or go crazy. I think the cartoonist did a great job at depicting the struggles of real life, but some people may not like their work or its overall message about society. There are plenty of people who didn't like "Rat City" and yet that still exists. An even more cinical angle of looking at the show would be that both Daffy and Bugs are too prideful to admit they are naked. Everyone knows they are naked, but no one says anything; such is life. It's one big inside joke. Daffy and Bugs will most likely remain naked for the rest of the series. Although they've most likely realized their folly, they are still too prideful to admit they are wrong. Everyone is thinking it in the show, but we, the audience, can't read minds. Everyone actually hates Bugs and Daffy and this is their way of getting back at them.
