hi may i ask when we add essential oil in is alway put base note first or Top notes essential first? is it like Fist add the Base note , second middle notes , last is top notes... is it the the arrangement like this ? or is dosen't matter?

Great question! There are many approaches to blends with essential oils. When looking at blending from a chemistry perspective the order you add the oils in does not change the blend or the therapeutic effectiveness. When blending from a more energetic or aromatic perspective sometimes we would add in the essential oils in a specific order as it resonates with you personally. There are many factors that play a role in determining which essential oils to combine in a blend and for that, we want to understand essential oil chemistry, chemical families, therapeutic properties, and the safety considerations of the oils, as well as considering the intention of the blend, the aroma and age of the person we are blending for. These considerations are all part of what we teach in our Aromatherapy Certification Program: courses.aromahead.com/aromatherapy-certification-program 💜

What can I use in place of the Douglas Fir?
@aromatherapyoils3 жыл бұрын
Hi LaKyia! You can use any of your favorite conifer oils in place of Douglas Fir in this recipe. Balsam Fir would be a lovely choice! 💖

Where do you recommend buying essential oils from? I don't see any link from your site? I want to get the purest oils.
@aromatherapyoils3 жыл бұрын
Hi Kim! There are many wonderful companies. We like to recommend buying from companies that import directly from the distillers, that test every batch of oil with GC/MS, and that share the batch specific GC/MS reports with their customers. This ensures quality and demonstrates accountability. Here are a few we can recommend: -Aromatics International - www.aromatics.com -Essential Elements - www.essentialelementsstore.com -Florihana (Europe) - www.florihana.com/en -Aliksir (Canada) - www.aliksir.com You can read about GC/MS testing here: www.aromahead.com/blog/pure-essential-oil-gcms-testing-acp 💜

Where do I purchase the oils? I’m in desperate need of a new life change. The anxiety and stress is causing me to go without sleep or sleep to much. My desire has gone down hill the older I get. I’m 43 and need some healthy natural help. I joined your institute.

Hi Heather! We highly recommend www.aromatics.com. But really any company you love that offers GCMS reports and sources products sustainably is your best bet :)
