Thanks for that video i was playing league and i was peak D1 EUW almost low master in S12 but i didnt play too much and if i play i was on autopilot only to get any rank for rewards, now i want to be better player and i watch a lot Kirei, i back to league in 3 split of 2024 i reach only D4 with 61% win ratio on 93 games 57/36, now after first 13 soloqs am only 3/10 so 23% win ratio xdd and i was asking myself what did i wrong in this games and maybe i was unlucky after all but i was playing on my 200% 2 games was lost in champion select but they was first placements so i didint dodge them or maybe that is bcs new map new objectivcs in 2025 shows so maybe new players/old players back to league after 5 years come back i dont know but oke

At 5:25 for anyone who worries about something like this I'd go ahead and colour in the first 18-24 years of that chart and classify it as "Tutorial". At 30, this means that only 12 years of that chart was the bit you were somewhat equiped and able to begin performing in. Taking 75 as your expected "logout" time, you're, at worst, about 12/57, or 21% of the way through at 30, not 40% as the graphic would imply. (Yes, I am also 30 and coping) Fantastic video! I'm looking to start playing properly again but sans the same tilt I may have struggled with before, looks like a great starting point!

Being called garbage in my 2nd platinum ranked game in wild rift. Was annoying because... like bro i don't even know what the culture is. These abbreviations are not the ones the game uses AND you did less damage than me... im playing support and hes playing dragon. I shielded him snared enemies, dealing damage and i got more kills, less deaths and more assists. I think people told themselves League is toxic, some people just do not understand how complex this game can be. I could have a bad match up my hand could slip. But people would rather be angry than happy. I think healthy communication could solve the problems with community

The sad truth is that; if it took you 20 games to be assigned the elo where you belong there would be 1/3 of the people actively playing this game.. MMR is tweaked to turn those 20 games into 200. So on the way. You spend cash on skins. And this works for all elos. From bronze to silver. Silver to gold. And beyond. Forcing you to spend more time on the game is the best way to make u spend money. Sad truth. If you disagree, you are lying.. 🤥

in your little BO3 diagram, you are assuming that you have control over the game... e.g. You first pick Trynda, they counter you with Malphite... now you have no way to win or impact the game... again, like many other coaches, you are making a HUGE mistake and assuming that you have control over the outcome... the system decides... this is why Riot does NOT like dodging OR pre-game player analysis... cause you can just dodge your way to winning... this is why they take it away from you... the better the system controls your win/loss rate, the easier it is to get you hooked and stop you from getting bored... i.e. minimize the churn rate, this is their ultimate goal

Hey! I appreciate your comment, but I feel like you might have not watched the whole video. At one point I say ""you are just one player in a game with 10 players, if you play well doesn't mean you deserve to win, it just means that you played well, the other nine players also have an impact and influence on the outcome of that game", so I am not sure what you are talking about when you say "boc says I have control over the game" 😅

I’ve been playing smite for years and transitioned to league. I’m masters every season in smite but I know I’m not good at league. I climbed from iron 4 to iron 1 in like 80 games but 200 total games of league played on my account. Not Impressive I know but my point is I saw so many players stuck at iron 4 and blaming there teammates. One guy said he had played for 15 years snd the game is just rigged… if you’ve played for 15 years snd are hardstuck iron 4. I think it might be time to find a new game. I only climbed in smite because I looked in the mirror and realized I was the problem.

guys the game uses EOMM( engagement optimized matchmaking), yes losers queue exist, and no, not even if you are good you are going to rank up in 100 games unless you are in a smurf and the algorithm didnt catch you yet.The game wants you to play a lot of games in order for you to rank up and if you play better than your teamates the algorithm wants you to be at 53/52 winrate.Find people to play and play the way its suposed to play, 5 stack, then you will start to enjoy playing league

So, the system needs over 100 games to be even remotely accurate EACH SPLIT?? Basically, it caters only to no-lifes and professionals? So fucking bad... spending 5000 minutes (about 83 hours) for the system to START being useful is just bullshit, especially if it already HAS data from previos splits and seasons. I think it's not worth my time, given that before that "magical 100 game mark" it will just drain all the pleasure from the game it might had.
@coachboc9 күн бұрын
@Gashren as I am not a riot games employee, I cannot say for CERTAIN what amount of games played is the exact amount needed to solidify your mmr, BUT the number seems to be in that 60-100 game marker (depending on your winrate). Ranked IS meant to be for people serious about grinding, not for casual people just looking to have fun, and that is okay! Not every game mode needs to be perfect for everyone.

I don't think anyone thinks he is better than his level. But in silver-gold There are clearly bronze level players and platinum level players. When the match up together almost every single game. It creates unfair environment. After you loose 4 games that maybeaube only d1 can win. It's not helping to get that. Unloosenble teams. But it's not fair too. Tilting it's a disease, it's spreading same as the covid virus. Riot so nothing to handle it with educational punishment instead of fixing the ranking system. This is the problem. At low elo when 70 % percent of the players are playing, the rankinf aystem is just incorrect

@@coachboc one more thing to note, after a while, they changed their view on this pyramid, making champ mastery and piloting your champ the most important aspect in the sense of if you cant control your champ to a certain degree, your mental stack is overloaded, you cant perform well on any level of the fundamentals: cs, lull state usage, threat assessment etc. But they still emphasize this pyramid when viewing what mistakes happened in the games.
