would love some ideas on how you use it? this is first year we grew it, i cut them crosswise in 2 -3 " pieces (left stem in like goya does), blanched them 2 min, then rinsed and froze on cookie sheet. then vac sealed them in meal size packs, and when i cook for dinner, the whole sealed pack gets boiled for about 10 to 15 min so they dont get mushy. put in bowl, butter, s&p...we prefer them to potatoes. also...the hibiscus calyxes that you made jelly with, ..i made "agua de jamaica", and learned that it will ferment!!!!! we made wine...used a muscadine wine recipe and used the chopped calyxes instead of grapes. turned out not too bad, and is a beautiful color. thanks for showing the cassava flour process, i will try it next year
