Neil, are these typically in stock or would a unit need to be pre ordered for the season? Thanks
@MessicksEquipКүн бұрын
its seasonal, so there is normally a lot of stock Oct-Nov-Dec, and depending on the weather we will sell out or carry a few into the next year

My current situation involves the tire having come halfway off the rim :( I don't just need to get it seated, I need to get one bead back onto the wheel :(

Does Kubota have any plans to offer a cab version of the RTVX 1130 long bed?
@MessicksEquipКүн бұрын
you can install a cab kit on that machine. I don't believe it will get an A/C cab.

The only thing is with that scout it is not stainless as the other others are of course the others are more money, which is a great piece of mind when dealing with snow, even if you’re not putting down salt with the machine if you’re plowing snow with salt in it from the road it will eventually affect the machine if not cleaned right afterwards, but it is an entry level great machine

Who makes the engine?

My neighbor has one of these for his 1/8 mile long driveway. Last night they hauled him away for ovi on it. He was turning around on the county road and the cops lit him up

My only complaint of my RTV1100X is the shifting when plowing snow. It's so bad at times, I have to shut off the engine to release the pressure.
@MessicksEquip3 күн бұрын
have you tried fully depressing the brake pedal, that also dumps the transmission pressure
@89vette13 күн бұрын
Yes. Also made sure the dump valve is actuating when the brake is depressed. Mine is not new though. It's a few years old and has 400 hours.

Best invention since the shovel. For commercial use it can't be beat. It handles better then the toro grandstand with plow

For the less money you can find a Boss V-Plow like I did when I bought my like new Boss DXT V-plow. Oh and it’s on my 2021 Chevy 2500 HD where it’s warm, dry and I get to sit down!!!!or a side by side UTV!

How is it on grades? dozing uphill almost looks like it could flip over on you. Or you just dozer down hill and reverse back up? Can this handle at least 8-12" of snow without the wheels slipping all over the place?
@MessicksEquip3 күн бұрын
The weight is front biased so some hill should be fine. Slipping is all going to depend on how icy it is. Same on the depth, depends on how dense the snow fall is. We just had 8" and I could get snow spilling over the top.

@MessicksEquip I'm in Ohio. How would the warranty process work?
@MessicksEquip3 күн бұрын
@@billthompson8182 first, we're always willing to help. In a lot of cases we can talk you through simple fixes. After that, the warranty is good at at Boss dealer.

@@billthompson8182 No, you can go anywhere. We'd usually just like to be the first call so if its easy we can take care it. I don't like letting burdening other dealers unnecessarily.

@daveklein28263 күн бұрын
Not necessary
@Ratkill90003 күн бұрын
It has a Honda GX390 and a 48" or so wide blade. In light snow, maybe. But this is perfect for city and commercial sidewalks. Heavy snow this machine struggles.
@deniscarter66133 күн бұрын
Could that machine be used for other things or does it just sit in doors with just the blade
@michellatour1503 күн бұрын
Looks like it would kill your back and/or, send you over the front each time you hit an obstacle. Brief test run on a recently paved parking lot IMO not really a true representative of real operating conditions.

Looks neat but I went out today to clean snow off my car, in PA as well, and within five minutes wearing gloves the tips of my fingers were getting numb. Guess I'm an old man now and in need of creature comforts. I want a heated cab if I'm going to do the snow clearing but I can see how this would be attractive in tighter spaces and on sidewalks since you can't really drive a tractor with heated cab on a sidewalk. I'd be interested in seeing the salt/chemical spraying option though. That would save a lot of time. Right now we hand sprinkle salt and it takes a while.

Find the first generation ZX4 Snowrator when it was manufactured by Z-Spray. You can find them cheaper. Pump and wheel motors are SAE spec so parts are plentiful.

Not if you live in the snowbelt areas and take care of HOAs where you have maybe 50-100 driveways to do in one area. Then it's money well spent!

We love our Grand L 3560 LE. We are in that need for this size of tractor for our family mini ranch with goats. This traçtor can handle the small to medium size round bales with proper ballast. I watched enough videos to learn that: Rim Guard in the tires, a 400 pound implement in the back along with a custom suit case weight rack welded to it that can hold our 12 suit case weights of just over 550 pounds. We also had a dealer that only orders these tractors with the more robust loader. Another advantage with that loader is that you can get the hydraulic SSQA option, which is so convenient. Especially good option as you get older. LOL Neil probably ought to do a video on it as well as some after-market options that you can have for non Grand L tractors. We also added the 3rd function and the 3 rear remotes.
@fraudsarentfriends47178 күн бұрын
So why are garden tractors so expensive? The price reflects their value. The reason is that garden tractors tend to last much longer than these new zero turn mowers.
