The editing here is absolutely WILD. Song rips but god damn the production team has skills.

Ryan really is one of the greatest guitar players to ever live. The kids talent was out of this world. He’s the type of guitar player every band can hope for.

I found out about Ryan Siew from this video, I had no idea.... I used to follow him online from way back when we were kids, guitar covers and whatnot. I live on the other side of the planet, we never met in person but we used to play pc games when we were younger. RIP Ryan, hope you are in a better place, friend. Thoughts & Prayers

This narrative begins at a point in time In this unfamiliar reality, where you have been defined Not as you were, but as what you've become: A brother to all, but a son to no one I was once not unlike you, benign and beaten down I scoured the corners of the earth in search of a better way I ploughed the furthest depths, myriad leagues below And where you found that sinking feeling, that's where I found myself I told myself that there was nothing there for me Ensnared within a vacancy that only I could see Each step I ever took was a vow, never to return to that place I left In search of what I always lacked; my security I know this desperation breeds acceptance of any alternative So I made a promise to myself that I won't break Meet me at the turning point I'll be waiting for you, my friend Meet me at the turning point I'll be waiting for you, my friend Give me strength, give me a new mentality Give me hope Meet me at the turning point I'll be waiting there Give me strength, give me a new mentality And give me hope

Been a metal fan for a long time now and I have to say the thing that sets Polaris apart and the best part of their music is the drumming. Daniel is a demon on the kit

The heartbreaking, raw emotion in Ryan’s lead on the chorus is so beautiful and a perfect representation of what made him so special

2 years ago, I was heavily straying away from music with screams and growls, then I started listening to Metalcore because it's what played the majority of the time in Octane, but even those songs weren't so heavy, just more melodic with screams and growls mid way. Then I discovered Polaris, these last few months I've been able to appreciate scream/growls more and I LOVE IT SM.
@adamglaser36627 күн бұрын
Jamie Hails really does have a unique scream/growl/voice. Even when he does guest spots with full deathcore bands, you can tell his voice apart. He does a song with Cabal, and even amidst all the screams and growls, you can tell when Jamie's part kicks in. Fucking LOVE Polaris.
@ElizabethCarolyn9427 күн бұрын
@@adamglaser366There's a certain tone to his vocals that I absolutely love, like when he screams "Heavy hangs the air" on The Remedy and there's that strain in his vocals. Plus the band as a whole has great energy I'm happy I opened my mind up.

Have you listened to Inhumane yet? Or basically anything off their last album. If not, do that when you can. I think you'll be pleased.
