Danny : Thank You very much! I’m 68 and a mid handicap from the whites. Been losing distance as I age with Left Hand Pull Through method. Converting to Right Hand method and distance has increased. Looking forward to possibly Driving and hitting my irons like I used to.

Mr. Maude, I've been playing for 25 years and I've always struggled with my driver. Topping, slicing, hooking...terrible! Typically shoot mid 90s. After having a horrendous round last week I discovered this video and your instructions just made sense to me! Yesterday I watched your video at the range and followed along. I really focused on "turning off my arms" and allowing the club to naturally flow. I'm an athletic male and I've always tried to muscle the club and steer it. Bad!! Relax arms and shoulders, turn and allow the flow! Good!! Today I shot my personal record in my Wednesday work league and set the league record! 1 over! 37! Thank you very much Danny! Wow!!! Danny this was amazing!! I just tried this on some 80 yard shots. The results were amazing! I tried something like this last year, but I didn’t have the explanation you provided about reconnecting the elbows and feeling the elbow start the whip. I was thrusting the right arm down too much. The concept of just dropping and reconnecting the elbows, and letting the energy whip through impact is perfect! There is obviously more to the swing we need in place for this to work (you need a good backswing and follow through too), but man, this is a huge part of the downswing! Explained magnificently! Was effortless distance today! Thank you very much!

I have never commented on a video, but this is absolutly brilliant. I've been playing golf for 50 years and was stuck, couldn't make good contact. Your video fixed my swing and the motion feels natural, repeatable. As my grandson sez, "Grandpa, you're killin' it!" Oh yeah, this works for the driver too.

Hey! i gonna be honest, i was seeing alot of your vids and tryed 2 put pieces together, y know how that works when u in bed at night and get 10 more things 2 remember next time u hold a club, and it all goes west ar the range😅 i was just gonna aply your 101 tempo and thought this might be the changer..than i looked into your newer vids and understood that u had make som changes after working with that boss coach..and i started 2 loose faith again, because i thought "i cant even get the old things right, now i have 2 learn this??" And it all looked so complicated and over my head...BUT i gave this video a real try, and i have been in the garden for 2 hours and made it a battlefield😂 AND i gotta say, this is the REAL changer! This explains everything and will take away all the wrong movements for me! Now i just have 2 practice😊 Banger video Coach thanks🫡

Danny - In another video with Pete - he stressed maintaining the angle in the wrist to keep maximum pressure on the ball. Here it seems advocating for allowing the angles to release at impact and throw the club. Can you clarify?

Weird.....with the driver it didnt show the ball off his little toe, it appeared to be right in the middle of his feet, same as with the irons. I love your videos Danny. Thank you for the always helpful instruction. Lord knows I need it lol.

I’m teaching my girlfriend to hit a golf ball. She’s literally on her second week of ever holding a golf club, let alone swinging one. She hits seven out of 10 shots dead straight. They may not be the prettiest or the longest shots, but she makes solid contact more often than not. She’s even hit handfuls of PW’s 125yds… Point being, She is now at the stage of starting to watch videos of influencers for small tips and tricks while she’s at work & I’m not with her guiding her swing. I send her your videos because you are the antidote to all of the swing and gear fads out there that almost every other influencer or instructor on KZbin or social media promotes. You cut through the BUSHIDO & hype that typically permeates, and I have to say once again, you’re the best out there at approaching it this way, and keeping the teaching of the game and thus the game itself, as pure unadulterated as it can be. Thanks for always being the BUSHIDO destroyer. You SHOULD be the #1 golf guy on YT, and the fact that you’re not just further illustrates how many people want to be BLSHTTD with “golf woowoo”.

Danny if I ever found a Genie in a bottle, and had three wishes, one of them would be for you to accompany me on every round of Golf and talk calmly to me about every shot. Rather than madness that goes through my mind. Imagine Danny talking you through every shot.......that would be bliss 😁

Hi Danny, great instructions. This is the approach I have been using for years (sometimes successfully lol) I wish more experts would explain how to practice at the range. I see guys taking their whole bag and hitting every club randomly. I usually take only 1 or 2 clubs max and I practice a specific thing each time.

Danny...I see too many folks at the range, with their woods and driver faces on the front edge of the club, thus raising the back of the club, thus reducing the # of degrees on the face...their shots are low line drives...ideas that I might share with folks I observe(they are usually doing the criticism of their swing, with the usual 'grunt')
