awesome, let me know if you ever do a private trak day and I'll bring out the 4rotor you built for me.

At 6:42 you said “the problem with the 4 rotor” and go on to describe the limitation of side port motors, confused. There’s no side port 4 rotor is there? Just 20b I thought.

Are you running billet irons, and do they provide any benefit over the stock mazda irons on an NA application such as yours?
@GTORx7Ай бұрын
My engine actually has cast aluminum side housings. Racing beat manufactured them but are no longer made. Almost all the billet "irons" have improper engineering for the cooling methods and I do not trust for road race application. One guy who is very talented, Henshaw engineering makes billet side housings that are road race rated. The stock irons are excellent however and for n/a application only downside is a little heavier.

Seeing the power levels you made. Can you tell me if this is true or is it a myth? People say the 787b was capable of 900hp at 10,000rpm but was downtuned to 700hp at 9k rpm for reliability reason's. Is this true?
@GTORx72 ай бұрын
@ChErRyaVe20pK sadly just a myth. R26b never made 900hp. They had plans for making more power towards the end of 1992 but it never materialized.

Seems like every 4 rotor has a different sound which is very interesting, how did you managa to get yours so close to 787 levels of sound? Header design, port type?
@GTORx72 ай бұрын
@andrewable2634 Yes I've spent many years testing and developing all aspects of the naturally aspirated 4-rotor. The end result is the iconic sound, but with more power than Mazda made.

How can a heavy Mustang be faster than a fully track-modified 26B FD ?
@GTORx72 ай бұрын
@adonbanchamek2254 it's 1200hp, huge aero with paddle shifting. Extremely track modified. It's not a street car.

@@adonbanchamek2254 always going faster. This video was last year, since then I have added air shifting paddle to my trans and dropped 100lbs off the car. Also going to run at unrestricted power next year. In this video its at 500rwhp which is max I'm allowed. The mustang is in unlimited class which anything goes.
