Yeah I never hooked up the input to the video. Rpm gauge on the car works great though!

Those TA cars are monsters. Pretty incredible car and driving to reel one in like that. How much power are you putting down? iirc those TA cars make 850+, and you didn't really seem to have a disadvantage on the straights.

Thanks man! This was a TA2 car, which is in the 550-600hp range. I'm at 400hp, so still a long term battle to gain the ground back.

Sweet run, obviously you weren't pushing it too hard with a passenger onboard & damp road conditions. With that being said it appeared to have an advantage in the corners, I could be wrong on all accounts though. I'm surprised the passenger seat is still in the car honestly. My dad removed anything that didn't serve a purpose during a race. I remember he almost failed a tech inspection for mounting an empty fire extinguisher..that was in the 90's prior to everything being recorded.

I'm not a pro level driver or in pro level race series. There is a minimum weight I can be, so the seat being deleted wouldn't be good. When I'm aiming for the fastest lap won't take any passengers. Sometimes not allowed either. Giving others the experience is pretty awesome, and good advertising for potential customers. I definitely gained all the ground in braking zones and corners, right about that!

You can go way faster on the corners even on the straights. But there are a lot of back markers causing traffic so you have to be extra careful that sucks lol

How much and what kind of fuel do you use?

Super exotic rare 93 octane from marathon or United dairy farmers :) But yes just any 93 pump gas. My fuel cell is 13 gallons. It uses about 4-5 gallons in a 20 minute session.

Fastest car at the track? Doesn't it kill you to have a load of bricks, I mean passenger, in the car? I hate having a full tank of gas because I can feel the extra weight.

Yes almost always the fastest car, but usually 3-4 others that are right there and very fun to dice with. Haha a passenger you definitely feel. If I'm trying to go for the best time, I'll go solo. But the joy of sharing the experience is worth it otherwise!
