Hi Vhonda! My neighbor upstairs made a pot of pulled pork and brought me a bowl for supper. Yummy. He just uses BBQ sauce, and Jack Daniels! The alcohol cooks out and leaves an interesting flavor. Never had it before but quite tasty. Yours looks very delicious too. You are such a good cook. I'm not a cilantro girl. I get the soapy taste when I eat it. But I like the added lime.
