My mom and I used to watch you all the time! We realized when my mom pulled out a printed beanie pattern from you that you haven’t been around. But I noticed it’s been two years now, and your site is down. Hopefully you’re ok and healthy, does anyone know if she’s coming back or just quit altogether?

I wasn't going to watch this, because I thought I already knew all I needed. I was so wrong! This is crochet 101, 102, AND 103! Oh the time, money, and frustration I couldn't save had I seen this video 3 years ago. This should have a million views and likes. Thank u so very much for this amazing video 💖

I love how you demonstrated the difference between the whip stitch and the serpentine stitch to close the seam. There is another stitch that doesn’t show, even if you were using a contrasting color, that I like as well. The flat smooth seam is a preference. Thank you!

Trick…just snug up your knot on the inside where you changed colors and your rows will line up on the knitted side!

TRICK: I’m pretty sure if you go up on the inside of your tube ( the thing you didn’t want to do ) before you close the end…and unknot where you joined the 2 colors and make a new knot and pull it tighter, that will eliminate the look of the jogged rows on the knit side. You can watch the knit side and actually see it line up. That’s what I do and it works for me. Cute scarf, I’m going to make it! Thank you for sharing your pattern.

Just seeing this now, it's similar to one I made for myself 13 years ago. I used extra large brackets on the undersiide of my shelf to slide over the treadmill arms. I like the idea of using silicon to protect the grips. I still like the idea of the TrekDesk that is not available anymore, for people who need a large workspace. I wonder if we could come up with some clever do-it-yourself alternative for that🤷

Maybe it's easier to steam on a extra piece of fabric first, to get the bubbling stopping. Or use a steam iron and steam on the blanket.

Cold you maybe fold some of the finished side over and back, like folding a letter to fit in an envelope, and then pin through those 3 layers of yarn, so you got more room for further crocheting? Then it still stretches, but not in one layer, but 3....

Thank you for going through the dream box and the options. I did come across the video of the woman that made her own box out of 4 bookcases, it was inspiring. You did a lot of work matching details on cost. I'm in the process of figuring out what I like to do with my studio, where to put the cost to organize it. Been doing a lot of research and came across your video, you helped me in my research. Thanks again.

I wish you could see the Boeing down and I crochet praise you I’m doing…. I was today crochet years old when I learned how to understand the marry of stitching. I have been struggling with that since I started crocheting in Jan. I have done / learned from a loooooot of tutorials. I tell you not ONE is consistent or explains. The only consistency is iiiiinconsistency! I’ve been told to count the chain, NOT count the chain…crochet BEHIND the married stitch, INTO it… it always changes. 😖 😩 what would you say is the best rule of thumb?

A tremendous help! THANK YOU for sharing your successful do-it- yourself experience; this works! B/c of you I saved loads of money I didn't have to spend. Purchased a shelf about $15 as you suggested. - used bungee cords to stabilize instead of silicone pot holders.

The only thing I disagree with you on is the join around the 1st FPDC. I'm making a hat for my daughter in sparkling black & white. Don't know if it will look like a zebra or not but I think it'll be pretty. I wish there was a way to send you a picture of it.

I personally don’t get the appeal of this but I’m obviously not the target audience. If you have the room for it to be open and working all the time then why can’t you just build the same space out of ikea bookshelves and whatnot for a fraction of the price. The appeal is obviously that it folds up into a ridiculously deep cabinet but people just put these in craft rooms and never close them. I guess if you put it in your living room and it’s closed 80% of the time it makes sense. I get the feeling that is not how most people use it. So it’s just an expensive wall of shelving with a fold down table at that point.
