YES! Absolutely. The smaller size/footprint makes it perfect for SFF builds. I have yet to do one myself, but I plan on using a ProArt or this MSI Ventus x3 4070 Ti that I've been using for the past six months. Any recommended cases for a first time SFF builder?

@@JohnLCharette not an expert to give a good suggestion, but fractal terra seems to be popular rn i guess. maybe if you have time try to check it out. Though I am sure the proart would fit that case not sure on the ventus 3x tho.

Everything you said is correct about this card. If you wanted dual-bios or quieter, Asus has other GPUs that will do that. This is a very simplified card that works well for most. Sorry to hear you didn't enjoy it. I have used Asus Dual cards in the past (3070) and it worked really well considering its size.

Oh gosh.. that's going to be a sick system! I haven't worked in an H9 case before.. let me know how it goes.

Good morning. I don't have the card anymore to be sure sure, but I feel like that's backwards.. my light was on when the GPU was turned off, signaling that the GPU didn't have power. It's a warning light to say 'Hey, maybe your cable isn't connected properly'. Check out their table here: rog.asus.com/support/faq/1049767/

Very exciting! It's very simple. What's your primary purpose for the GPU? Gaming or workstation apps like the Adobe suite, Davinci Resolve, CAD software? Use the Game-Ready drivers if you're a gamer, use the Studio Ready drivers if you're a workstation user. I use the Studio Ready drivers because I'm a very light gamer, but know that when I do... I haven't had ANY issues using the Studio Ready drivers for games. Most of the time, the Game Ready drivers help with brand new games by fixing small bugs/issues. I'm rarely playing games the day they come out, but if you are.. use those.

I read this message yesterday and checked out the finish. It looks like my driver side is a bit off, but the passenger side looks good. Those minor details don't bother me. I was worried because some users were experiencing shaking at high speeds (similar to your wheels being out of balance).. thankfully we haven't experienced that at all.

The perfect CPU and motherboard, such a loaded question. If your purpose is to play those games, and only games.. then I'd recommend a 14700k or 7800x3D CPU. Those are the two best gaming CPUs for Intel and AMD. I'd lean towards the 7800x3D myself. Which motherboard? That'll all depend on your needs. First, pick a CPU, then you'll need a motherboard with that socket type. Each socket type comes with 2-3 different chipset variations.. lower and higher end. Example, B650 vs X670 or X670-E. You'll need to check out a chart to see the differences between them to know which is best for you, given your budget. Hope that helps!

The only difference between the 14700K and 14700KF is that the KF doesn't have onboard video. You have a GPU, so it isn't required, but for the extra $30, I always go with the K model. It's great for troubleshooting if your GPU isn't working and it has more flexibility with resell. The 14700 CPU is an i7. I wouldn't bother with an i9 unless you need multi-cores for video editing, or something similar. If your focus is games, get an i7.

Thanks for supporting! If it were me, I'd say 4080 Super. I used a 4070 Ti for 6-8 months and it was great, but now that the 4080 Super is a bit cheaper, I upgraded and love it.

Neither. When we had our tint installed, they recommended PPF but we didn’t. It was approx $2100 CAD / $1,500 USD. Are you considering it?

Looks as though I might need to get a converter or something. Is there a less bulky converter I can use, perhaps 90degree, that you might recommend? Edit: I am rocking a Gigabyte 850w modular PSU

If you run any 4090 with only 3x8pin power connectors, it either won't work, or it will auto scale down the power limit to 450w. I don't recommend using the 4x8pin adapter, but instead get yourself a 12vhpwr cable. Check out an example here: kzbin.info/www/bejne/f6HYm6F5ZtF6j5Y
