Thank you, Please I have questions 1) when you open bag , ph will increase and convert ammonium to ammonia harm shrimp, specially if come from long shipment, so what to do in this case? 2) for long acclimating, is it necessity for air stone? But even if we use it will increase ph and make above mentioned problem, so what to do in this case? 3) how match temperature between bucket and aquarium after finishing acclimation? That is a great set up. I have been trying to decide on setting something up that doesn't contain live fish or reptiles because my place I'm living in doesn't have a reliable, even heat in it. It's hot or cold. But I absolute the jellyfish !!!!! Great idea. I like the looks of the biorb. And best part is when I get my new house with even heating, I can make it into a fantail guppy tank !!!!

FYI, you can open the filter to clean it or replace it with better mediums. I have one and have mod it easily.

You should have washed the ceramic media to get rid of the dust and other smaller particles. This would have ensured the filer doesn’t block so quickly and the water is clearer.
