Great dub 👍 But why "younger"? The events in Rogue One happen just a few days before A New Hope. Just asking
@StarWarsStoryКүн бұрын
You've answered your own question. James Earl Jones was around 46 Years old when he recorded his lines for Vader for A New Hope. He was 86 Years old when he recorded his lines for Vader in Rogue One. So here, I've made the 86 year old Vader Voice sound younger, so it matches the character's age/continuity.

Ok, both dialoge can be fused like this Obiwan: I only wanted to what was best for you Anakin, ı was not prepared to train someone like you! Anakin:That is your failing, not mine! Obiwan:Anakin, chancellor Palpatine is evil! Anakin: From my point of view Jedi are evil! Obiwan:Well than you are lost! Obi-wan basically needs to make his mind to finish Anakin here. This is such a unique idea and I love it so much! It’s so small but adds so much. Not only does it pay homage to the different actors that portrayed Palpatine, but it also not only makes him sound more evil but it helps mask his voice over hologram which seems pretty in character for Palpatine Can’t wait to see your Revenge of the Sith edit, I’ve been working on my own since CW s7 released (I keep adding to it) and I’m always interested in seeing other people’s edits of that movie

I remembering reading once before someone’s personal interpretation of this scene and it has got to be my favorite. When Ahsoka says she won’t leave him again, Vader briefly disappears and Anakin comes back and he at first begins consider letting her live. But then, he processes the “not this time” and he is filled with hatred and he remembers the pain and hatred he had when Ahsoka abandoned the order. He remembers how everyone he cared about, his mother, his apprentice, his wife and finally his brother, left him. Everyone always leaves him is what he thought. And that is what killed Skywalker. And we see Anakin’s contemplation turn into hatred as he stares back at her. SHE abandoned him, he thought. SHE was one of the reasons why Anakin died and Darth Vader took his place. So, we see Anakin disappear and Vader reassert himself, as his hatred drives him to want to kill his apprentice for “betraying” him.

Remember Luke had a white life saver on harrisons Ford a space ship playing with that toy ball that shoots lasers at him. "But with the blast shield down I can't see anything!" He whines. It was the same white life saver he had in Old Bens Bungalow cave home in the middle of desert with those monster men who had like metal things stickin out their clay face looking heads, and like wooden sticks, and sounded like they all had the crouoe cough when the yelled. That one suddenly turns blue in the second movie when on the ice ball. Remember when the white Sasquatch got Luke hung his feet upside down until he re froze him, that's the first time it was blue.. so then I know they have changed colors before. I figured same lifesaver but cold world, or more power now or something. Man those first 3 star wars, the original. Star wars 2 , the empire strikes back,and finally The return of the Jedi, Star wars 3 were so fun and adventurous. Horray. Go Luke go R2 Deeto !

@@cjones3710 I think the lightsaber looking white was based on the limitations of the special affects at the time, but I think it was always supposed to be blue. Same reason why Darth Vader's red one temporarily turned white in the original version. So Lukes WAS always blue just harder to notice ha

I feel like scene could be saved by tweaking it to be an emissary/messenger sent by Jabba. You can just leave the original actor in there and just tweak any lines that refer to the guy as Jabba and just leave the rest of it as is. @StarWarsStory "this," as in what's in the video above, or "this", as in the idea I just proposed? By the way, the hologram idea is not a bad one, it's a HUGE improvement over having Jabba there person, lol 😅. Plus, it's kinda cool to see that sort of tech in the original trilogy! But I do think the most elegant and simple solution would be to just leave the human actor in there and just make him someone higher up working for Jabba 😉.
