I would have purchased one but the only men and women models used in their commercials are young and fit as a fiddle. What about us older folks that are thicker and get around with the good ol bread basket? The waist areas of these hoodies are pretty lean....just saying.

For several weeks all I've been getting in my email were ads on how great the 4.0 jacket and the rain jacket is... and that huge discount you're getting if you order now. So much so, I was high on wanting to rush ahead and place my order. But I forced myself to wait at least until Black Friday hoping I might get an additional discount. Black Friday is here and now I'm ready to place my order. But then I thought maybe look for any reviews that might be available... KZbin usually the first place to goto. I spent over two hours watching KZbin's videos of Baerskin Jackets and the Rain Jacket and based on all those reviews, I was now ready to place my order feeling good about what I was about to do. Just when I was about to close the KZbin website, I happened to see your video and noticed the title of the video was different... opposite of all the othervideos I've already seen. I had to hear what you had to say. From just your one video, I've now managed to hold-on to my horses. I've decided to just wait and not rush. I'm now not sure to order or just forget about it. I appreciate your video and is happy I got to see it before my jumping off the cliff. Thank You for sharing your thoughts.

They need to improve customer service. They don’t respond to chats, don’t answer their phone and still waiting on response to my two emails to customer service. I haven’t gotten a tracking number and it’s been 17 days. I get multiple emails a day trying to get me to order more items so I’ve mistakenly deleted my confirmation of order email (although the charge is on my credit card). I’m giving them two more weeks and then I’m reversing the charge on my card (if I haven’t heard back from customer service by then). I’ve dealt with small businesses many times before and there’s no excuse with this level of non response from customer service.

4:40 “ship from China”… say no more, I’m out. Given the risks posed by the Chinese Communist Party to our future wellbeing and freedom, I do not send my money their way on any products until I’ve exhausted all other options.

Yeah, I definitely appreciate your insight into this because, after my impulsive decision to buy the 4.0 hoodie and the lack of location info has definitely made me anxious so I did as much research as I can and seen how many people were having issues. I get there a small company but damn fix the tracking info, we want to know where it’s coming from, what state or whatever it’s in at all times. Instead all I have is for example, “ arrival at destination airport” like wtf is that gonna do to ease our minds. But anyways thanks for making this video! I still hope that my purchase was worth it. It’s only been five days to be fair, just hope I didn’t f up.

The only time any layer is the "only one you need" is if you only plan on being pretty much standing around in the outdoors for less than an hour. Or you are in one of the polar regions in winter.

Its extreemely important to make sure you have ample power in the woods.

I’ve been happy af with my green 2.0. Would recommend. However, it’s an XXL and I’ve gone from over 300lbs to over 200. Your October ‘23 sealed the deal for a 3.0. Even chose the tan. All your concerns (biiiig hood, baggie arms, and cuff thickness. No zipper issues though) seemed to be addressed. And the fact that it has been cut a little slimmer means I may put the new tan one underneath the green for added style! 😂 Thanks for voicing my own thoughts on the perpetual sale and, as as a young Boomer, I’m used to mail taking a while and refunds taking a month. Your explanation of how the real world works, for the younger gens only used to “Valkyrie” prime, was a little bit of fresh air.

I hope u can reply , i was wondering my dad uses some tools that needs alot of power in our village can this work to use these tools ?
@AlexHatlevig21 күн бұрын
That would depend on the tools. This has a max output of 200 watts. Anything over that (or probably even clones that) won’t work with this device. Essentially, if the tools need a lot of power, it won’t work with this

Can you put a 5 gal water jug on it to have 8.5 or 9 gal of run time? Instead of refilling it 😂
@hefnhef123 күн бұрын
Hmmm, I don't know. If I'm camping, I'd already have a propane stove that I can use to heat the water then add to the Rinsekit. Or even better, use an MSR Reactor that heats water quickly and efficiently for the Rinsekit. And using either means I don't need to buy another expensive piece of equipment or take up valuable space storing it. The Hyperheater seems overkill and unnecessary to me. Just another toy to have, that I don't really need.

I recently order the 4.0 hoodie at their $99 deal. They claim I would have it by a specific date. I did not have high expectation given all the negative comments I've read about their slow shipping...likely from China. True to form it will not arrive by their stated delivery date. I received immediate information with a shipping tracking number. A week later there has been no actively with the tracking number provided. It is not a USPS, FedEx or USPS tracking number. I've order things from Asian countries and this tracking number matches their format. In the mean time I've been inundated with 2-3 texts a day and at least 2 emails each day offering "huge" discounts if I order something else. My guess is they hold the original order hoping you'll get suckered into another item which they can add to the order to reduce their shipping cost. Once the week or so deal offers runs out then they finally ship. I'm still waiting for the actual shipping notification. I'm only a couple days way from their "guaranteed" delivery date and it hasn't even been shipped from an Asian port. I'd say give yourself a 3 weeks to a month if you order from them.

Consider yourself lucky I ordered 10 days ago and still waiting for the tracking number.

It did finally arrive about a week late. I slammed them in my review. I got sick of 2 and emails and texts a day. If they want to have a loyal US market they need to figure out a better US distribution system.

Was looking at the rain jacket. 10k waterproof isn’t impressive by anyone’s standards, but regardless of what you read, 10k is completely sufficient for 99% of rain and snow situations. With a hard nap shell and killer dwr it’s 100% gtg in all situations. It’s the not stating breathability and RET value that is disappointing. Anything less then 15k = terrible breathability.

Hi! Doesn’t they feel a little bit restricted around your calfs? I mean, being tight by squishing your blood flow! I ask this because ‘ I have a pair of wool socks from “Lasting” brand that feels very tight and very restricting around my calf! Also, that hairy treds doesn’t bothers you? I mean, doesn’t they itch you? cause to me, it look like an old classic pair socks made by the granny!
@AlexHatlevigАй бұрын
Good questions! It does feel right like any compression clothing, but I wouldn’t say that it is restricting. However, I wouldn’t wear them while sleeping. As for the threads, you can’t feel them. They are very small, soft, and woven together in a way that they won’t bother you! Granny approved!

All I’m hearing from this video is excuses for a company that’s playing in the global market. So I did some research and found thread after thread about poor to none customer service, product never received nor refunded, and so on and so forth. Even in the comments here, BS doesn’t appear to be a company worth buying from. As for your review? Me thinks thou doth protest too much. It’s what humans do when trying to conceal the truth.
