We've owned this bag for a while and only recently discovered this extra tip: Each individual layer (base/blue/yellow) can zip to itself to form a 1-person sleeping bag. So you can make up to 3 individual bags with it and literally cover all scenarios whether you're sleeping together as a couple or if one person is out on their own. Thought I'd share the bonus tip. We love the bag and even sometimes bring just one of the layers to use as a blanket in hotels/cabins etc.

That's super cool! I never thought of trying that. Thanks for the extra tip!

Any sleeping pad recommendation that goes with this? Thank you!

The NEMO Roamer double! It’s expensive but also the best thing I’ve slept on while camping. Check out my other vid: kzbin.info/www/bejne/bZy5ZXyKo5qem68si=Q532dtFtO4DO_t0v

Could this be a decent fall backcountry option if we split up two layers between packs? Looking for a double bag setup for us and our toddler
@AlexHatlevig3 ай бұрын
Yeah I could see that! It’s a little large and not necessarily lightweight, but if you split up the weight it could work
@gennybeanz3 ай бұрын
@@AlexHatlevig oh good point! I don’t mind the weight since it’d be split but i should look at the dimensions. We have a Nemo dagger 3p - I don’t want it touching the walls

@@gennybeanz ohh right I’m not sure of it will touch the walls. That’s a nice tent that you have!

Great video I think I’ll skip on it. I have the exped two person one and I might just stick to that one
