Worst product ever. I can't get passed twisting the cap off lancet

Error 4 - not enough blood. On the third attempt, I had blood running down my hand. Error 4. There was plenty of blood. I may go back to my previous meter.

this isn't the same meter with the same name

Mine came with some liquid stuff but it’s not clear on how to use the liquid

My error code happened when it didn't do the countdown to for me to use the test strip, but instead has a triangle with the topof the triangle is a teardrop shape. What does that mean? Usually I get a countdown when insert the test strip, but not this time. I turned off the meter and took out the batteries and redid it with the sam results. I then tried a different test strip,but same issue. Does it need new batteries?

First time I got an error code, then I put a new strip and got 104. I put a new strip again to verify and got 92. Then I decided to put a new strip for the 3d time to verify and got 92 again. I presume 92 was confirmed, but how did I get 104?

Is there any way to download the data from the glucometer to your PC? I've downloaded the MyLink app and it set up the profile but the device is not recognized. It looks like only bluetooth enabled devices. I'm using the USB cable to connect to the computer.

Honestly the worst lancets and gun on the market. They are difficult to remove from the gun and the trigger often doesn’t fully penetrate prompting you to replace the lancet two sometimes three times! No go back to the old gun and lancets One Touch.

Hello there! I have just watch your video on how to use the accu check glucometer... I bought this unit 3 years ago... And I often use it..... I wonder about the battery at the back of the unit... The battery sign of the screen is always blinking... Is it low battery? Is the unit automatic off every after use? Is there a tendency that the battery will drain? Because when I bought it, there is no charger included...

Is there a time limit after you put the test strip in the meter in which you apply the blood?
