this helps so much. even though im nowhere close to being fat, this really does help. It's important to read nutrition facts too! also don't stuff yourself, when you are getting full..it would be time to move on because you're full and don't need to over eat. certainly do NOT starve yourself and stop eating, that's terrible, you still need to eat when you're hungry and all of that, and make sure you're getting enough water, exercise, healthy food etc.

I try but as a teen I can’t control what I eat. Also when I bring up the losing weight topic my parents tell me I don’t need to lose any weight but I want to.

im in the have situation luckily im allowed to eat less when I'm not feeling it, but you can always slowly start with . few bites and hopefully your parents if they plate up your food will add less. excersizing even like this 7 minute one that i do is so great and easy. I hope you can be able to take advice from this so yeah byee <3

Hii, im new here, just subscribed. I wanna ask, im 15 and i want to change my looks, especially my thighs. But i cant go on too much diets. Thats because in school it takes A LOT of energy and i need to eat ofc😅. And about the sugar, i actually tried not to eat sugar for a week, and i passed out. My doctor actually told me i need sugar. I try eating honey, and it good, but still. So, can i ask you for advice on that. What exact diet should i do? (AND SORRY FOR MY ENGLISH, IT BAD IK)

You hit the nail on the head with how sugar affects you. I’m the same way. I can just eat a small bite of something and put it away. I end up killing the rest not evan an hour later then it triggers a junk food binge. I have learned that I can’t do sweets, cakes, cookies and carbs. Im on week 2 of cutting them out and opting for healthier options

Hi Jade, I have been watching your videos for a while for inspiration. I’ve lost 60+ pounds but have 30lbs to go. I was always very thin without trying until after having kids so many people don’t understand why I am still so uncomfortable with 30lbs of extra weight on my body. This year I’m determined to get back to my natural weight of 120lbs!! Thank you for your videos!
