this helps so much. even though im nowhere close to being fat, this really does help. It's important to read nutrition facts too! also don't stuff yourself, when you are getting full..it would be time to move on because you're full and don't need to over eat. certainly do NOT starve yourself and stop eating, that's terrible, you still need to eat when you're hungry and all of that, and make sure you're getting enough water, exercise, healthy food etc.

im in the have situation luckily im allowed to eat less when I'm not feeling it, but you can always slowly start with . few bites and hopefully your parents if they plate up your food will add less. excersizing even like this 7 minute one that i do is so great and easy. You hit the nail on the head with how sugar affects you. I’m the same way. I can just eat a small bite of something and put it away. I end up killing the rest not evan an hour later then it triggers a junk food binge. I have learned that I can’t do sweets, cakes, cookies and carbs. Im on week 2 of cutting them out and opting for healthier options
