What I eat in a Day - Breakfast Edition (recipe in comments)

This mixture can be used to make pancakes if you don’t have a waffle maker. This will make 9 waffles (3 servings) Mix together: 2 bananas 2 eggs 1 cup oats (or 1/3 cup oat flour if you are not using a blender) 1/2 tsp Cinnamon 1 tsp Baking powder Pinch of Salt 1 tsp Vanilla Extract 3 tsp Stevia (or however sweet you enjoy it) Preheat waffle maker or saucepan and cook on medium heat until golden brown on both sides Add ons: I used strawberries, Greek yogurt and Caoco powder
