This is kinda funny, as there are many professional JDM coach builders, with used models selling for only a slight premium over standard models.

Thanks Elias! Yes - being able to eat and sample the culture along the way is yet another hidden benefit of overlanding. Aviation companies are so keen to peddle the idea of convenience that they've helped us forget that getting from A to B can be a delight in and of itself ☕🥐

Love this! Paris to Milano train looks very glam. Do you have a discount code for interrail tickets.. I’m inspired 👌

Great shout, maybe we should get Broaden sponsorship with the Eurostar or Interrailing... 😜🛤 It felt glam indeed, though not without its hairy and difficult moments at times - there is definitely a process of learning how 'best' to travel overland. We spotted a few families with parents and kids travelling via train, which felt like a real inspiration for future low-carbon travelling. Really impressive to see the little kiddies with their rucksacks and tickets!

Hi nice vid! I'm wondering if you have the NON turbo diesel in that van? If so is it as slow as a lot of people say it is compared to the turbo diesel motor? Also when you lifted the back end did you put in longer shocks? Has the 2" lift kit caused any issues with driveshaft u joint wear and tear? Cheers!

I dont' get it, just finish it faster. Easy. Haha, jk. What a nice doc. I've been binging these ultra docs for a while and they're always on point. This one does not disappoint at all. I love the fact that they're covering the athletes that really aren't favoured to win and how the race goes for them. A good eye-opener and something to think about if you're thinking of going into the sport.

I was never much of a runner. I just did it to stay moderately fit. But in April 2022, I discovered trail running and was inspired by the stuff I saw on KZbin. I got more serious from then on and in July of that year I did my first Ultra (a 50k). I'd never done any sort of race or event before, so completing that was a landmark moment for me. Did my second 50k a couple months after that in September 2022, and now three weeks from my third, with my fourth 8 weeks away. I then got a place for the CCC in September 2023. It's been an incredible journey

I think ultramarathon running will be very different when people understand the fundamental nature of fat for the body and brain. Running distances that will no doubt deplete your levels of fat to work with and then only replacing it with carb gels and other carby nonsense and wondering why their body is shutting down. Once that carb based glucose spike then crash happens, they have neither of the body’s energy sources available(ketones and glucose). “I fueled myself like a 6 year old fills themselves and somehow I couldn’t maintain energy for a previously thought impossible endurance challenge. Not sure what happened🤔”

Great film! About 10 years ago I was on vacation in Fiji, sitting next to an Australian fellah telling me about ultra races he organized in Australia. I remember telling him how I had recently run my first half marathon in Disney World and was quite proud of myself. I had no comprehension of what an ultra was, or what he was talking about. That was nearly 10 years ago. 5 months ago, I finished UTMB. Funny how life happens. Films like this helped me find my way to UTMB. Keep inspiring others, you are changing lives!
