As of 2:43 14 x 42 is 588 sq ft. and I wouldn't want to go much smaller than that for a single person. As a ball park figure, I always think of every 100 sq ft as a 10 x 10 bedroom. Are the walls not insulated ? is there enough space behind the paneling for electrical hardware ? Can these be electrified ?

100% of what you said is true. We have done similar projects here in New Brunswick, Canada. We are even considering land sharing but only with the right individuals. Of course there are many folks who want all the luxuries that they can't afford or are simply not willing to live within/below their means.

Hello friends,"off grid bo's dad here" I want to take this time to explain something that has been bothering me..i'm sure you have noticed i have some missing teeth!! until a few month's ago i had beautiful white teeth..this summer i was out riding my bike when i was run off the road and ended up hitting a telephone pole with my face,knocking a lot of my teeth out and breaking my upper & lower jaw...being the stubborn person i am, i let my jaw heal on it's own "not good"..when i finally went to the dentist to get this fixed,i was told that my jaw had been broken and didn't heal right..and that my jaw had to be re-broken before any dental work could be done.."great,just what i wanted to hear" and that i would have my jaw wired shut with a hole big enough for a straw.."well, that wasn't going to happen" so i decided to have them done separately which will take twice as long..i'm very conscious about this and i don't like to smile..thank you for taking the time to read this and hopefully understand!!!!
