I’ve only seen one other person show the sweep single like this, Nick Purler.

Can you do it from standing rear body lock with this grip? Lateral drop or suplex from behind like Arsen Fadzaev did with his signature grip (west point ride)

How to escape or counter the half Nelson? Why do the amateur wrestlers normally don't do this on higher levels and try to turn by a grip around the belly? The most wrestlers not even pay attention of their arms and the head when they are in the knee bridge or on the belly.

Excellent video! Thank you so much for the wealth of information! Could you please make a video on special exercises for Greco Roman wrestling, especially how to strengthen your hand fighting. Also do you find cable pulley machines a worthy piece of equipment for a wrestler? Can you mimic alot of positions in wrestling with this? If you could show some examples,it would be awesome!

I've thought that wrestling, specifically Greco-Roman Wrestling is the most important martial art since Randy Couture. What he did to Tito, Chuck, Tim, and Gabriel is wild. I do not think it's a coincidence at all that Jon Jones is almost universally considered the goat. Cause he's got the greco roman.

Only just started getting into wrestling, looks like either person could bust a knee during that, is this common?
